Samplr is the most innovative, world class audio tool for the iPad that I have yet come across. The functionality, beautiful design and incredibly implemented slick coding make this an unforgettable technological musical experience. So much fun with this,! I only have one question... Is it possible to trim samples after recording...? If not, pls include this in a future update. Thanks to the producers for this :) keep up the great works.
two wishes for the update. folders for labeling the samples. Have 3gigs of samples its its a BIG pain to try to find the ones I want without scrolling forever. Also, an additional row of banks would make this the only app I would use for remixing and live jamming. That being said its the best of its kind and hats off to the developer for this marvel of technology.
This is an amazing app. I feel like I just downloaded the future of music! Question => I'm having trouble with the 'record mix' function. The results have consistent volume dropouts whether or not I quantize it to bar. Have you encountered this error? Is it possible I'm missing something obvious?
when you have a device plugged in (i.e. gameboy for sampling), is that run through an irig into the dock or the mini jack? can't really see if the tablet/ipad is plugged in in the video. I'm still very confused regarding performing with an ipad. my understanding tells me that all input goes in thru the dock via usb camera kit or irig and comes out the minijack.
How can i record samples live? without line in you cannot do this..With the mic you would record the whole party :D Why are the samples sometimes out of sync? How can I the samples "warping" to the master tempo? It would be great to have transient detection, because it "cuts" the files always to equally slices and you must correct it manual. In live situation it's impossible. thx
You can't create a masterpiece like samplr and then abandon it. At least fix the bugs caused by Apple with iOS updates and gomvackmto your day job. This app made you a success because we bought it because we loved it. The least you can do is pay us back by doing the right thing and fix it. We did our part. Do the minimum and make it work like it should on the newest devices and operating system updates. Thanks for years of fun. Please fix it. I would pay for a new version. A samplr 2 would sell like hotcakes. Win-win.

to load samples hook ipad to itunes then hit apps tab up top, scroll down to samplr app, then add your samples from where ya stored them

Pretty sure he just used the iPad microphone.
+ReelBigC You can also record via a soundcard like the iMic plugged in through the usb camera kit.
I have a next book android and the app I use is, Oscliab own by pocket band both apps are good
