Know matter how many times you have to start again.
Taking that step forward in your life, is all it takes towards completing a goal in your life.
If that goal is peace in your life, if it is a degree, a healthier living situation, a safer community, a better job, to start a business, know you have survived the worst of it, and they can bo longer hurt you anymore.
No matter how many times people tear you down, only you can get yourself back up again!
Stay Strong and know your worth so much more in your life, then to be a vomit 🤮 bag to someone else’s unhappiness with themselves.
If you left a DV perpetrator/s, know you did what was best for you and or your children. Staying in that environment, community, that job, that family is something you have control over, to change it.
