Literally, unless you hit a nice neutral air or neutral ground it's hard to get a finishing kill on someone even above 120, even the up special is hard to get kills with sometimes.

I use her side special perk, with a flammable set, the dodges end up being more valuable against bugs and joker, side special into hammer or side special into air side attack, into low attack, into up air, into air side , rinse and repeat, strap a bomb about 70-80% and don’t miss your up airs
