Bit late with comment but I’ve just ordered mine n funnily enough exactly from rC Models same as you I was debating it but couldn’t resist it might be the exact same as yours it’s a 30.5cc 35a i have a nitro but it’s just caused me problem after problem with the tuning as I haven’t got a clue how to properly tune a motor it’s broken down on me the engine has overheated which led to the the pull start string coming of n u hit the nail right in the head there bastards to start and the tuning every day is reducing but I do understand petrol more so I pray this is easy start than nitros and doesn’t require that tuning I just want a easy set up with a nice ride

i got mine from rc modelz.co.uk
the mixture is easy the give you a bottle with markings on to mix the fuel its dead easy 25/1 mixture bottle
Some plumbers tape around the seal (screw thread) may work George
