Five-time world champion Brazil overwhelmed Bolivia in Sao Paulo to regain top spot from Argentina in the standings.
The home side took less than a minute to open the scoring with Real Madrid star Ronaldo firing home from close range for his seventh goal of the qualifiers.
Barcelona ace Ronaldinho doubled the margin in the 13th minute from the penalty spot after Luis Cristaldo had brought down Roque Junior in the box.
Bolivia's attempts to stifle the Brazilian attack failed miserably as the home side turned on the style in front of 72,000 adoring fans.
Adriano continued his fabulous scoring form for Brazil when he outjumped the defense to head home a minute before the interval.
Brazil had 16 points up to till this point from eight games while Bolivia stayed bottom with just six points.

Adriano here was inter’s top scorer and best player at the confederation cup 2005 (just before his depression issues ) , Ronaldinho was named Fifa world player of the year , Kaka was reaching his prime (eventually won a ballon d’or 2 years later), Roberto Carlos , Cafu , Juninho , Ze Roberto , Dida, Ronaldo O fenomeno, young talented Robinho , Lucio the beast in defense , Juan , Edmilson . What a team !

Unlike Cristiano, Messi and Neymar, Ronaldo even when he is tackled so hard, he wont go down easily, where as the forward these days are typical opera actor, Cristiano, Messi, Neymar, especially Suarez they will go down without a doubt when you touch them slightly. Especially inside penalty area, they will look for the best moment to fall down and act as they got hurt. they can be nominated for Oscar.

He doesnt Dive, He always try to pass thru the defense beautifully, and the defense dont give a crap, the only way to stop ronaldo is to kick at his leg. thats why he is always injured, he doesnt dive like Cristiano and Messi. Rivaldo, one of the best midfielders ever, was still playing well, wasn’t even called up. Few years prior they had Romario, one of the greatest strikers ever. Player after player.
Not anymore. Brazil golden era end in 2008 and after that there was not even one come close to r9, ronaldinho, kaka, Rivaldo, romario, adriano and more. Today we only have neymar who is not is haft as good as ronaldinho and the rest are shit.

Esses caras brincavam de jogar futebol. Pra eles, o resultado não interessava muito. O que interessava era a alegria e romantismo do jogo, de se divertirem e dar show. Nessa época, o futebol já era negócio, com táticas amarradoras que prendiam o jogador e o encaixotavam dentro de um estilo de jogo não podendo sair daquilo. Alguns destes aí não aceitavam isso. Eles podem ter ganho pouco em termos de campeonatos e competições, mas fizeram muitas pessoas sonharem que jogar futebol era simples e bonito e fizeram algo ainda mais importante que foi despertar a paixão e o gosto de jogar futebol, o futebol puro, desses que somente meninos jogam. Sabe os românticos do futebol bonito como eles jogavam ainda existem, só que estão presos nos subúrbios das cidades pobres, nas aldeias distantes do continente africanos e em outros lugares onde a riqueza ainda não chegou. Agora, por que estão nestes lugares pobres distantes do terceiro mundo? Por que onde a riqueza chegou o futebol foi enlatado e formatado pra ser oferecido como negócio. A paixão deixou de existir.

What do you mean hyping? Hyping is for those that really don't deserve the respect due to the lack of merits. This Brazil had World Cup and Copa America champions. One of them, Ronaldo (R9), had 2 World Cup trophies. Hyping Ronaldinho or Roberto Carlos? Brazil was approaching another World Cup by already being in 3 World Cup finals, 2 of them having won. What other team should be hyped besides this one? France? Who only won the World Cup in his own turf and the Euro Cup, but didn't even advance to 2nd stage in 2002? And then? or Germany?
