I have this interface. threw out the packaging not realizing the serial was in there. my computer with the software died. now there is NO way to contact Yamaha or use the VST rack on my new computer. have reached out to steainberg as well. would NOT purchase this or use VST rack because lets be honest shit happens in the live music world and they are impossible to contact and have ZERO customer service.

I want to do a true latency test. It’s not perceived latency. But I’m sure it’s close
