The battery life is good and a full charge lasts for 3 days with Bluetooth calling on.

If our mobile is ringing, then watch only vibrates or it also starts ringing? Is there any way to make it only vibrate, instead of ringing?

It will both ring and vibrate if you want. To only vibrate u can select vibrate feature in the settings.
