    As shankaracharya put it. We got freedom from British but not independence. India and many more British colonies are still very much dependent on the jobs that the western world sends there. Now the situation even worse compared to pre 1947. You have an alliance of western nations that have control over indias talent and skills. Devastating... unless india creates its own jobs and pays well... global slavery and influence will continue for generations to come..

When the British has their original culture, they built Stonehenge and other monuments to mark and honor the natural cycles of time. @@jojo5715 What a lot of garbage , why don't they talk about the atrocities committed by the marathi hindus to Bengal ,they rape women and girls hindu and Muslims alike,killed men and boys or cut their noses and robbed that country 5 times ,my question is what in the ducks name the marathi were doing in Bengal ,that wasn't their country and Bengali are not their people ,marathi and Bengali are two very distinct nations with very different languages ,culture and cuisines ? Instead of bashing the Britishers which brought them from the stone age to the modern World and gave them a country that they never had they should focus on exposing the reality of that awful country and expose that awful religion of hinduism that claims in its "holy " books that the penance for killing a dog is the same as for killing a Shudra or Chandala, no any other religion on the Earth other than hinduism has such contempt for their fellow man of humble condition as hinduism has ,destroy the caste/varna system of discrimination and than talk about spirituality and stop bashing the Britishers because endians are not in the position to preach righteousness to anybody....

    Lord MacAulay's address to the British Parliament 2 February 1835: I have traveled across the length and breadth of India and I have not seen one person who is a beggar, who is a thief, Such wealth I have seen in this country, such high moral values, people of such calibre, that I do not think we would ever conquer this country, unless we break the very backbone of this nation, which is her spiritual and cultural heritage, and therefore, I propose that we replace her old and ancient education system, her culture, for if the Indians think that all that is foreign and English is good and greater than their own, they will lose their self-esteem, their native self-culture and they will become what we want them, a truly dominated nation.

      I like Sunday's more. Nothing to do. That's great, due to Diwali holidays, already have alot of stuff to do, in a week, like cleaning house, making Nashta (Mahtri, papdi, cheewda, gujiya, Chakli) if some guests come for tea. Also, inviting your family friends for dinner, a day before Diwali, evening time. Doing preparation for Lakshmi Pooja, then Pooja evening time, rangoli making morning time on Diwali. On National holidays, like ; independence day, wake up early morning for hosting flag at your residential area, workplace, school/college. Holi also go and play Holi, with family/friends. Burn Holika, at night time even if it's cold. So we already have many festivals and national holidays in which we do something.
      So, it's good to have holidays in which we do 'Nothing'. And what about 'weekly' cloth washing, house cleaning, many middle class/lower middle class can't afford a maid or can afford a maid for just 1 or 2 things, rest stuff family does by themselves, regarding housework. Visiting or interacting with your grandparents (maternal), relatives on call.When both parents are working and living in urban areas, Sunday is a must. And what about 'self-study' time, that students get on 'Sundays', it's very important!

    • @m.k5391
      @m.k5391 Před 3 měsíci

      And what about doing Pooja with your family at home during evening time. As during normal work days, many people don't even get time to worship together. :) It's just they let diya in there temple area, morning and evening time, and leave for work after joining the hands infront of the god. For college students who live in hostels, Sunday is a time they can wake up a bit late than there usual time, still they have stuffs to do regarding cleanliness. And some people do enjoy the watching TV, listening music, going to some live concert, shopping, sleeping, long walks with friends/family. Rather than celebrating any festivals..

    Great British individuals like Lord MacCaulay, Robert Caldwell and Sir John Marshall made Non-Brahmins aware of their identity which Brahmins denied them for over 2000 years since Pushyamitra Shunga's reign. In 1833 Lord MacCaulay brought in Secular education which gave education to the non-brahmins and which is responsible for many middle and lower middle class non-brahmins occupying high positions today. A critical historical analysis will show thatr Turko-Mongol rulers and the colonial rules only brought remedy to the non-brahmin misery by rectifying the evils of caste system (Three Migrations and Three Invasions).

    Mr. 'Change' is the only constant thing in this world. Because of our exposure to various cultures, we are enriched, we have structure, we are united(?), we have gained knowledge, we can compete with the best. Else we would have been left far behind! Please don't tell me that we had a far better civilization 2000 years back! No - we are better now, need to weed out some toxic elements, and eventually we will get there!

    • @patelhimanshi
      @patelhimanshi Před 3 měsíci

      Enriched? With what? All the destructive unnecessary things in life to fulfill their desires and intentions? Had they kept their limits of just traders and worked collaboratively with people of countries they invaded then there wouldn’t have been major problems and wars in the world. Instead of destroying anyone or any civilization for their own selfish reasons, they could’ve been “human” with clear and pure intentions. Not be demanding and ruthless.

    First Indians blamed Mughals for their problems. Then they blamed Englishmen. After independence they blamed Gandhi and Nehru. Now they blame their own local and national politicians. Indians are experts in blame game. But never they blamed themselves!!!😲

      The only difference is you weren't there when all this was happening. So it's very easy for you to say all this shit. The reason why India is suffering is bcoz of those barbaric invaders. Are you saying nobody should talk about it bcoz it's past and that too bloodiest invasion ever? Jews keep saying samething bcoz nobody should forget it. We are stating facts here who is blaming? Since when did speaking facts became blaming.

    At least it was the Britishers who by the induction of English language in the Education System of India enabled Indian to have access to the progress in the field of science, technology ,administration , management and all other branches of knowledge Europe had made progress in.
    It is the British System that enabled a person from the class of Hindu society (which was destined by the Hindu Royalty to be called the Bhikhmangon Ki Jaat that's the Community of Beggars) like Dr S Radhakrishnan to become a scholar of international stature and a Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar from the section of Hindu society which was called as Shudras and was expected to remain subservient to the Hindu Royals and the Maleccha Royals till eternity and was not expected to have Education at all.
    So,the Britishers gave us so many things deliberately or indeliberately .

    Common place matters like this escape our attention. Panchanga has no concept of "week" or a day of rest. For students in Gurukulas, there was a day or two of "anadhyana", i.e., the days of "no-study". This is the "Nehru-effect". We were neither totally westernised, or remained Indian.

    Think practical. We need a holiday every week to relax. Which day can it be?? Does whole India agree on that? Poornima varies with region across India? How can it be practical to observe?
