The US political establishment and institutions have been withering and rotting , especially after being hi-jacked and captured by corporate malfeasance since the end of WW II. Article 25 of the US Constitution is the clause where both the Senate and Congress can vote to deem the President unfit for office , and would would required 2/3rds of votes in each house for passage. If the US government has any competent shills left, they would consider this immediately. President Biden appears to have dementia, and is not fit making him dangerous .
