    I collect junk mail advertising cards to use as a shim. For a perfect die-cutting, put a piece of a bubble wrap. I have a few intricate die-cuts that were not cutting well, but with bubble wrap, it cuts like butter.

    Another lovely arrangement and card and thank you for all the tips - very helpful. I especially appreciated the one about the paper trimmer. I've had that issue of a dragged cut being every so slightly our of line and never been able to pinpoint the reason because it didn't always happen. Now I know why. Your explanation (a pushed cut) makes a lot of sense! Thank you. x

    I so wish that you would finish your demonstation cards online, I find it really frustrating even though you show the finished product, it's a bit like not getting to finish eating your favorite cake, it's definitely not the boring bit. Love all your cards ❤❤

      The trouble is that if my videos are too long I have a real job saving them on my iPad for uploading to CZcams. I have to take a load of stuff off in order to have enough space to save them. I think the process of finishing has been shown many times, I will try to finish more !

      @Christine Stokes I understand, not meaning to be critical, think it's because I don't want your videos to end. I guess that's why people edit their videos which is a foreign language to me !! Your cards are just the best, you've never made one that I don't love.

    Christine, when you are printing from the Website for your background pieces, what type of paper do you use? As in what is the weight of the paper? Also would you share what type of printer you have? I’m finding that the printer I have doesn’t except very thick paper at all. Thank you so very much!

    • @Chrissieannie
      @Chrissieannie  Před 2 lety

      The printer is most important... You need a rear feed model so that the card does not have to bend back on itself on its journey through the machine. I usually use 250gsm card or thereabouts, with absolutely no problems. I have a Canon all in one REAR feed, inkjet printer... Really inexpensive!

    Another awesome card Chrissie - thank you so much. I have a question about pngwing. Is this something where you pay for each image you want? Do you have to download something on your computer? Would you be willing to do a video on what to do and how to use it please? I am 78 and not very smart with these types of programs so in need of good instructions. TIA
