- THE FIRST TAKE is a CZcams Channel dedicated to shooting musicians and singers performing in a single take.
Episode 363 welcomes back the multi-talented girl group (G)I-DLE. The five-member girl group have won numerous awards since their debut in 2018.
1TAKE performance of “I DO,” the pre release track from their EP “HEAT” and their first digital single in the US released in conjunction with 88rising, a music label and media platform that promotes Asian culture to the world.
Inspired by the music of the 80's, this synth-pop style song was performed with expressive one-shot singing. Special performance only for THE FIRST TAKE.

I was very impressed by Soyeon's voice. Her voice was clear and soft. And I never thought she could sing this well. She is good at everything including rapping, dancing, and singing. Her rap is also on fire. My queen.
Soyeon has ALWAYS been a vocal powerhouse in her range. Even on a bunch of their bsides Soyeon's vocals go hard
I've always said Gidle have 5 top tier unique sounding vocalist and Shuhau is improving year by year
Soyeon sings pretty well for a rapper, but I think it's more impressive she has the best overall pitch / rhythm in the group.
It's safe to say she's the most talented female artist in kpop history.

@@Lakersfan-yt4ok The First Take is know for their live vocals, it's different from kpop focused videos. You can check Naimononedari, in wich, the singers make some mistakes, they laugh and it's not corrected.

I'm so happy G-idle is one of the few kpop acts who made it to First Take. They deserve to be featured here.
Seriously though they have such stable beautiful voices I'm so amazed by there talent it just shines brighter with this love performance

個人的にKPOPって全体的に声が似てるっていうか上手く歌うことに重点を置いて、声の個性まで意識してない感じがするんだけど、ドゥルちゃんたちは上手いことは前提の上でしっかり声に個性あるし、さらにコンセプトに合わせて声色とか圧とか変えられるの最強すぎて大好き

Miyeon's voice is so elegant. Minnie's so ethereal, Yuqi so crystal clear, Soyeon's so on point and Shuhua so pleasant. Queens slayed. Catchy song on repeat.

Just my own opinion, but I do think ShuHua is by far the least talented individual of the group when it comes to singing. I like listening to a few of their songs, but when it comes to singing their own part, ShuHua sounds flat compared to 4 others.

@@a1360160 I don't think there is such a thing as "best song", though. Music is something so inherently subjective, regardless of any technicality and whatnot. At the end it all comes down to the specific elements you personally enjoy in a song, be it the vocals, rhythm, bassline or all of it together. This is not the most famous song from them, but personally it is one of my favorites recently.
