You can used box so to change serial number in nand
if you put isopropyl on and around the battery strips it's much much easier to pull
The battery tabs are folded over and soldered to bms, you can pull the out before cutting to give more room and make finished product fit nicer
you can also use big super capacitor and charge using power supply rather than buy battery weld machine, the tabs are very thin so it works

Its not a fix or any help... Its a hack to get around apples locking garbage.. no one should have to go to these lenghs to replace a dam battery.. this is getting out of hand... why do people buy these products for apple to do this to them?

Easier to jailbreak then go in Filza and in Preferences just change the serial number to the new one that’s printed on back of the battery..worked for me

There is two BMS logic boards for the two different cells.
Need to transfer them both?
Yes, 2 BMS on the battery of iPhone XS Max could be transferred together.
But the flex cable of 2 BMS should be more careful about it during the transfer, avoiding to damage it.
Can I use a k-weld battery spot welder to weld the bms.

Hi! Thanks for posting this super informative video. Can you tell us why it's necessary to use this odd little spot-welder? Could the battery contacts not simply be soldered into place?
They can, although solder can snap when you fold the battery board back into place. Using the original nickel sheets means you can bend it without the chance of any faulty connections.

Could you give me advice? When I change board on battery, activated it, set cycles on 1 and set battery on 100% i got issue with battery capacity in mobile. My XS Max show me battery condition only at 78% but when i put battery on quanli iCopy plus, it show 100%. Could you give me an advice what iam doing wrong? Thanks

Hi sir ,I one line buy nohon battery for xs but this battery install after same problem,important battery message, and no sow me battery health also,so this battery I can used
After reprogramming it I plugged in the battery to the phone to see if everything works fine. The battery capacity is still the same (86% in my case) so my programmer didn't work. I tried reprogramming 3 more times. Nothing has changed. Software and programmer shows battery health 100% but after plugging into phone (iphone xr) it shows 86. Why is that? How do I fix it? I would appreciate every help.
Can’t we just use the JC programmer to copy old battery information and onto new one?

Pro tips. When you bought a new iphone if your battery health goes down to around 89 below just buy a new battery and keep the original battery and when the time comes if you want to upgrade then put back the old battery and sell it still good battery health 😂 sorry for my bad english

did you ever find out a reason why? couldn’t you just connect the battery to the logic board and boot the phone to activate it?
@@armza9975 never found out and honestly I’ve never used the activator supposedly when I read up it was for batteries that have been stored for a long time but I’ve never had any issues without activating so it’s still a mystery to me…

Is it possible to use a soldering station for this situation ?
U have to file the + n - ends, otherwise the solder won't stick, plus there are comments on how normal soldering might cause the battery to heat up and explode or something

No, We cannot use reprogramming tool to copy the credential of original iPhone battery. Because, Apple use EEPROM in battery circuit chip, which ties the part to the iPhone.

Why you didn't show us the battery health after replacing? It stays the same as before replacement.so if you have a battery with 75% max charge it will be the same after replacement
You'll get better or worse health depend on cell you bought. It wont or will stay the same, since BMS does not affect BH (at least in this case because manufacturer's BMS has higher quality than 3rd party one). It just contains Apple encription, thus you'll need them to not get the annoying message.
I have the same issue ( iphone xr). I replaced bms and reprogrammed. The battery health that phone shows is still 86% ( as it was before replacement) and the software on PC and programmer shows 100% ( as I typed in). Do you maybe know how to fix it?
You need a device to reset the BMS to 100%
If the original BMS is the faulty then what will do?
I guess battery repairs got more expensive to do... but this is dope to know.
