Guys I am lost. I want to buy Apple Watch Ultra. Now I am using Apple Watch 6 and app called Runna with training plan. 4 times a week I run with this app on my watch so it tells me what I have to do. But what are you doing with Apple system without Runna app are you setting up all details about your future in that little screen for example tempo runs with all breaks and peace? Do you looking for some plan online and than follow each day from printer version to Apple Watch?

Yes you can edit fields displayed and add different pages.

Does this work on a treadmil?
Since the GPS is turned off on the treadmill, the precision start naturally isn’t needed. But you action button will work the same as it does outside so you can start your treadmill run when you are ready
This feature is broken since watchOS 10. The second push on the button doesn’t do anything anymore.
Crazy that the pixel watch 2 has automatic start stop for workouts and Apples you need a whole action button just for a “shortcut”
Apple Watch has had automatic workout start detection and stop for a number of years now.

Exactly. Action button is for more important things. Things that otherwise cannot be done without action button or can be done but much slower.
Mine for example is searching an album for currently playing song then attaching found album to my music library.
