This is by far the most beautiful work on a model that I have seen to date. I've been able to look over the shoulders of many model makers, but your work is wonderful. That was probably 1000 hours of CAD and probably just as many hours of manufacturing. Warm greetings from Germany....keep it up!👍
Again your workmanship is amazing. Love every build video I watch right to the end. I’m always hanging for the next part of the build. Thank you so much for sharing these amazing video builds. Cheers. 😊
Hello friend..... congratulations for this incredible work...... you have incredible hands...... a question, are there any possibilities of getting the parts for this machine to make one for me? Thanks friend, I will be very attentive to the new videos
That looks wonderful. Just a question about your CNC router, could you do a walk around and give information about it Like is it homemade or a commercial one and what is your coolant and the soft wear you run as you seem to have it down pat as far as your speeds and feeds and it is doing a nice job.
Hi. This CNC a build by myself more than 10 years a go. I used Mach3 software for run CNC. And Artcam for toolpaths. In my video I increase the speed by 3 times. Realistic speed 20 inch/min. pretty slou. i use very chep china bits. You may use axpensive bits and increase your speed with good coolant. Wery important GOOD coolant becouse aluminum very sticky . I used Rustlick WS-5050. I not expert with coolant :)) Sometimes i use the antifreeze :)))) We talkin abou cutting aluminum :)
