- Join us on a day we didn't even do a job. At the end of each season every truck and the yard need some serious attention. Usually it takes two to three days to reorganize and prepare for the long winter ahead. Plus we enjoyed a little cook out for Bug's birthday.

I'm glad I found this channel, because for years I've been the same "style" boss as Ryan. I really care about the guys that work for me. But, over the last year and a half having so many guys take advantage and having to deal with things similar to what Ryan deals with, it reminded me to continue to take care of the guys who work hard for me and set an example for the rest of my guys.

Happy Birthday Bugs! Ryan you remind me of my last boss and his business partner. They started a remodeling business and I was there till the end as their second employee. They took me on family vacations because I didn't really have a family then. You and Ronnie, the partner, actually look and favor in your attitude weirdly. You take care of your people when you can and that is what they did for me. Props to you because there aren't a whole lot of boss's that treat their employee's the way yall did. Best people to work for. Basically a blessing they found me because I went to the unemployment office to use their computers to send out resumes and that is how they found me.
