Since this video pertains to homes that are getting built in Buganda, the Luganda language usage is appropriate. For homes getting built in other regions of Uganda their local languages will be appropriate. I advocate for English subtitles, that should be enough for all to understand. Uganda should never lose the usage of its indigenous languages. Uganda is NOT England. Buganda is NOT England. Luganda is the language of Buganda. Other regions of Uganda have their local languages the builders use. If you want this specific builder/company to build your homes in other regions you can communicate with them in English (everyone understands basic English) but don't expect them to stop talking their Luganda on your account. All Ugandans understand their local languages better than English (you should know this already). If you don't know Luganda just talk to them in English they will understand you and work with you to build your home anywhere in Uganda. This should not be hard if you are a true Ugandan, you should not be intimidated by any local languages just because you can't understand.
