Almost 11 years of this incredible Fifa world cup 2010.How time flies 😥😥😥
And soon it will be time to die, and one may think how they wasted their time watching soccer.
Now it's 13 yrs
@@BRYMUSFREAKINPRIME yes it is now 13 years of that beautiful memory of 2010 world cup.Missing badly those days😥
its been 14 years since 2010 world cup
*It's 2022 and this ball is still beautiful*
HI Haroun Ben, I have a project to explain how the football ball is made, do you perhaps know the process of putting the Lining layers to the ball? I have searched the whole internet for 2.5 days, no luck so far.
@@lastyhopper2792 Yes, I can describe the process of making a football (also known as a soccer ball). There are several steps involved in the manufacturing of a football:
Cutting the panels: The first step in the manufacturing process is to cut the panels that will make up the ball. These panels are typically made of synthetic leather or rubber and are cut using a die.
Sewing the panels: Once the panels have been cut, they are sewn together using a special machine called a lockstitch sewing machine. The panels are sewn together in a specific pattern to ensure that the ball is round and symmetrical.
Lining the ball: After the panels have been sewn together, the ball is lined with multiple layers of material. These layers may include foam, rubber, or other materials to give the ball its shape and provide a cushioning effect.
Bladder: The bladder is a rubber or synthetic material that is inserted into the ball to hold air. The bladder is typically made of a material that is resistant to punctures and leaks.
Covering the ball: The final step in the manufacturing process is to cover the ball with a layer of synthetic leather or rubber. This layer is what gives the ball its smooth, finished appearance.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
@@lastyhopper2792 In the process of making a football, the lining layers are typically added to the ball after the panels have been sewn together. The process of adding the lining layers typically involves the following steps:
Place the ball on a table or other flat surface.
Place the lining layers around the ball, starting at the center and working your way outwards. The lining layers may be made of foam, rubber, or other materials, and they are typically cut to the correct size and shape to fit the ball.
Secure the lining layers in place using adhesive or by sewing them onto the ball.
Repeat the process until all of the lining layers have been added to the ball.
Check the ball for symmetry and balance to ensure that it is round and evenly balanced.
I hope this helps!
@@Hamza-gs7ik does lining the same as wound bladder?
Btw, I found a video titled: "Inside The Soccer Factory Football Manufacturing Process." by "ABS" Channel in CZcams...
In that video, one of the processes that takes place is called "under lining."
It seems to me that this process involved putting the Lining Layer on the Leather Cover. The lining layer look like a sheet of white cloth?
I could very well be wrong though... What do you think "Under Lining" is?

@@hinakotakami3463 these balls aren’t even that good anymore, there’s better. This was just 12 years ago and at that time this ball was the best.

You could say there are many pairs of balls

That is just your illusion. You are attracted to temporary objects: in this case puny football and useless soccer matches. Death is certain. Do we think about it and what will happen after death?
@@Crazytesseract after death is... you'll feel basically the same as before you are born: you can't feel or think anything.
Let this man live his life to the fullest man.. If he loves football, who are you to tell him to not think about football?
In addition, you to talked crap about his hobby. Please have a little more respect when you're trying to persuade someone, then, they might actually respect you and listen to what you're about to say to them.
cool ball, i really like the balls they used for European championships in 2008, those were really cool
Mis respetos para los que hacen estos tipos de balones....que paciencia

Best World Cup ball in my opinion
Hatooteh Have u seen it fly?

I love this ball so much
Jabulani work cup 2010
They're so fucking beautiful, I need one now.
It's 2023 but still this ball is beautiful, I want one 😢
amazing how they do it! i love the jabulani!
a weird ball, but very good looking!

Pretty funny how theres so many steps to just make a ball. Has to be perfect size, weight, shape and more. No doubt Football is the greatest sport.
Problem is that this ball has much less aerodynamic drag then balls used before. That means it will fly straight even if you give it a lot of spin. There is much less force to counter the spin so the ball won't curl as before. I think its a disaster for the world cup and the players because they are clearly struggling with this ball and we won't see many great free kicks goals when the player is able to curl the ball around the wall :(
Diego Forlan : Hold my Jabulani
her problem is that's too perfect
Dude it's been 14 years....
Diego Forlan scored bangers btw
Now it's Euro 2024 final and Copa 2024 final
i don't play soccer but those balls look sick.
this video makes me want to go for a kick about, badly.
love the beautiful game. best sport in the world.
The ball making it's so satisfying.
the ball is beautiful!
It's been 13 years and everyone still wants it
awesome design. looks like the process is slow but good quality
maybe best maybe worst
but certain that this ball is the most iconic
Yes
i dont know why but that was awesome...
es impresionante ver el proceso por el que tienen que pasar los balones. por no olvidar de la maquinaria necesaria para su montaje. viendo este tipo de vídeos, luego uno al ver sus precios no puede pensar en que le parezcan caros.
polyurethane-elastomer is produced from Taiwan.
Furthermore, the ethylene vinyl acetate, isotropic polyester/cotton fabric, glue and ink are made in China.
beautiful and complex
great vid!!!!! Didnt know how footies were made especially for the world cup! so tar
I need one of those soccer balls for next Christmas.
Much more impressive than the box factory.
super impressive bro! I love the use of traditional and natural materials
This must be the most expensive "bola de futebol" of all times.
the best balls in the planet.
Just like buildings have claddings to give them a facade for fancy looks. These guys put some artwork on a traditional ball.
Insane!
This is really the first ball from Adidas that people have called "bad." Everyone has to face some big critics here or there. I'm sure Adidas will make a good one next time around.
oh man you're comment is from 2009
It think that they will never top the quality of the Jabulani ball👏
I still wish that they would bring Jabulani back😭
so much labor involved! produced means of production (capital) too!
why the hell are people complaining about the ball, they just got to old to handle anything, i watched japan vs england today both of them had no problem even in the rain japan did their high precision passing and england their long passes and even the japanese goal saved a penalty and a long range shot by rooney and the young english keeper saved two long shots by honda and hasebe.
AMAZING!!!
good old days..
this is nice. cant wait for qatar 2022 world cup!!
damn crazy to know such an exspensve ball is made the sam way as the rest just feels different and better shape
its so shiny i actually wanna eat it especially when it looks like its cooking in the oven
Guys the ball, is made in china, but the designing was done by a university in england ive forgotten what its called tho.
Interesting video, thanks for sharing, I learned something new.

done for ur purpose?
The opening credits of Edward Scissorhands are less complicated than this
Amazing!!!
@PurpleMoonYef It's a big problem for the goalies, since this ball has a different ball coarse.
People don't seem to be safe during the process...
Anyway, the balls are beautiful.
@cha0sstrik3r that's because those sports don't need to make improvements to the ball, its fine as it is. and for hockey, the puck is just perfect.
@GNaranjoN
No they're not. "The balls are made in China, using natural Kerala latex[7] bladders from India, thermoplastic polyurethane-elastomer from Taiwan, ethylene vinyl acetate, isotropic polyester/cotton fabric, glue, and ink from China."
woah...that's mind-blowing...
wow! it's amazing!
Played with a replica ball and it flew like a beauty if you caught it right
if I could just be in that room for 5 seconds...
incredible, if this is the amount of effort that goes into making something that's sole purpose is to be kicked around, imagine the effort that goes into creating a wrist watch, or a car!
the roundest ball, gotta try get one
Ooh! Aah! And other impressed noises.
I'd quite like to see the long version!
@MrAussiebogan
People said the same thing about the 1970 World Cup where Adidas made their first ever world cup soccer ball...and now that ball is the most popular ball in the world...
Awesome vid od Jabulani
Just Amazing!!
@MrGilles1990 the ball is not light weight. it's just the panels that are big and it makes the ball fly as ********.
I don't know why, but I think that "Bring Me to Life" would go great with this vid.
@MrGilles1990 Adidas has been making match balls for the world cup for many years. teamgeist was one of their best designs.

I remember those days When you went to the park an who ever had the WC ball that was the guy you wanted to play with cause we all wanted to play with that certain ball lml no other ball was good, also you would get checked if it was fake you’ll get clowned on.

Muito interessante... a gente não imagina no trabalho que da fazer uma simples bola de futebol.

I'm going to have fun showing my goalkeeper friend💀
thank you.
@elportero24 Crazy price, but I'd rather it was being made in factories and expensive than by kids in India or something for half the price.
@ 0:22 lol can you imagine playing with that piece of masterful work
In terms of design, you can't beat this matchball. If you include the World Cup that went on until 2022. In my personal opinion, it is definitely the 1st place
its so ironic that jabulani means "to celebrate" but not too many players are celebrating about it.
@chivas100x100 no its because im am so good the ball effects my play.
it does not affect players who cant kick the ball properly.
This is my favorite ball 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
that was pretty cool
they look so nice
Wow so much effort for one ball

@Gerttervill1 well it take a couple of years to adapt to a balloon instead of testing it on the biggest stage of all.
