1981 70hp 2 stroke Johnson outboard 1st start

We found this 1981 2 stroke 70hp Johnson outboard laying on the ground in a property when I ask if they were interested in selling the said take it its free and hasn't been on a boat since 1990 and has not ran all that time with alot of doubt as the property was very close to the beach and laying in salty sandy soil chances were low well very low as we know nothing about outboard motors.

Yes the conditions it was in when we found it was bad unfortunately we were not allowed to record there
