Damn this Soundtrack is a pure masterpiece. It shows perfectly that Krauser is not a mindcontrolled lunatic, that just wants to kill. He is a fallen Hero that exploits the cult, like they exploiting him, for the power to bring revenge to those who betrayed him. A Soldier by heart and man of Honor, as well as a true professional with extraordinary skills. Every move he makes is well thought and planned, as the music resembles in the first half. The grand finale is a dance from two unstoppable forces that are willing to fight for their conviction with everything they’ve got, yet both of them respecting each other. Like the music shows, the stakes couldn’t be higher and whoever is victorious will be unstoppable. But At the very end this former great Master of kombat gets defeated, not because of a lack in his plans, sloppy execution or conveniently placed weakspots all over him (cough looking in your direction saddler cough), but with his own techniques: pure skill par exelence. The rookie has become the master and saved this fallen hero not only from the Control of Saddler but more importantly from himself.
I like the new Krauser, he is not just a showy and smug son of a bitch. They somehow made Krauser much more "human" in the remake. And before the end he even calls Leon by his name and compliments him by telling that he was very well trained. It looked to me that Krauser seemed quite pleased to see Leon defeat him that way.
@@christophermichaelclarence6003 It makes me want a new game or even a DLC where we can play Operation Javier. That Nintendo game is crap, we need a real thing.
The remake encapsulated the essence of Leons character growth development through Krausers deep characterization. Their dialogue is well-written. Hoping for Operation Javier remake, I want to hear Manuela's theme.

I have to admit, there's one thing that RE3 Remake got right that this game also did and that was half of its soundtrack being reminiscent to the original soundtrack, which imo, was the best thing that I loved about the previous remake as much of a disappointment that it was to me in terms of cut content and overall length. Really loved the way they nailed Krauser's theme, as well as his boss fight!
@@jackjax7921 All of the old classic RE games aren't as long as you'd think once you beat them multiple times after your first try. Code Veronica is the longest one in the old classics, and even then, their longevity is not an actual factor in what makes them great RE games. IMO, it mostly has to do with their gameplay, atmosphere, and replayability. The original RE3 does not disappoint in that regard and that is why it's my favorite in the original trilogy. It may not be a masterpiece for most, but it definitely is for me.
At 0:41 the theme literally sounds similar to one of the songs from Attack On Titan, it was used in Season 4 Final Chapters Part 1 Trailer I believe. (It can also be Attack On Titan S4 P3 Trailer 1)

Krauser is the dark reflexion of Leon. Both experience the same scenario. But he choose to dark side in to order to get stronger

Apparently according to some home having the characters be more human and three dimensional = soulless. We can’t have that…

Hard fight but I enjoyed it, it gave me MGS3 Snake vs the Boss vibes, a mentor-against-pupil kind of battle.
It was hard even if in standard mode if you dont have a magnum.
