Even though this song is dark and depressing I honest love the part when he says take another face you will be kissed again. Some people thing it's about suicide which I can't stand to believe that's what it's about. I think it's a about struggling with drug addiction. Robert is truly thinking of that person out there. I honestly feel he cares deeply with his sad sorrow voice. The Smiths on the other hand make me sick with there songs like Heaven Knows I'm Miserable now, I Know It's Over, and How Soon is now, I can't stand when he use's the word cry and then says die. His lyrics are poisonous and suicidal. I honestly don't understand how someone can listen to that in my opinion. It's sickening depressing dark helpless kind of music. Ask me was the only one I truly and honestly loved by them. Morrissey makes me feel alone and useless without wanting to go on. But if Morrissey makes people not feel alone then ok I'm happy for his fans. But for me I just don't buy his sick sense of humour also and dark depressing suicidal lyrics. Anyone agree. I think The Cure rocks.
