Now I just wanted to ask something. And by that, I really mean genuinely asking and not some just bs point, can buying a house be considered as an asset? I know time and again you've explained how buying and renting differs and I totally live with that but just wanted to know if from any perspective can buying house be considered as an asset (because price keeps increasing).

Nice review for this book i have also gone through this book which is fantastic...this book has totally changed my mentality... the concept,the philosophy of money is being told by author is mind blowing..after going through this ..i used to invest my salary infact every month for few days to increase my earning..haha which is so easy i think...
I tried the book, but it felt so fake i couldnt get through the first 2 chapters. Its 100% fiction but Kiyosaki markets it as real his real life events.
