Your title is a little misleading, I struggled to see what was typically French about your house other than it's location. That said you have a pleasant house. Glad you like it 😊
Beautiful! We had a similar kitchen from Ikea in our old house and it was lovely. I loved that we made it our own instead of fitting our stuff into someone else's design. Your home is very thoughtful and I love that you don't have excess stuff(clothes etc.) Intentional living at its best.
You’re so fortunate to have the basement. It’s not something that’s common in most of England so we have to use the loft if we have one or the garage and shed for overflow stuff. Not very convenient and prone to extremes of temperature.
Absolutely! The basement makes a huge difference! I don’t think I realised how useful it would be when we bought the house, but it’s really great. 😊 Thanks for watching and thanks for your comment 😌
I am glad you are happy in your home- but I don't see anything French about your home. I have been living in France for more than 15 years. It indeed seems like all the character has been stripped out of the house- you don't even have any French antiques or art. This is not a typical French home Your home could be almost anywhere in the west- in the uk, or usa... I agree with the commentor who says it is like you bought everything at Leroy Merlin. I understand that you like minimal and bland- but even minimal can be done to reflect your personality. Nevertheless- you are brave and kind to share your home...just don't call it French~

Not as colourful as I’d go for but really nice and functional
Thanks! I know ☺️, I WANT to add more color, but somehow I can never decide what color or where…😂🤣 Maybe one day I’ll get up the courage to try ☺️😊

Very average, nothing special in my opinion.
