It was $320 for the whole apartment but I think that was the COVID price. They raised it to $600 for the yearly renewal.

This is in CBD. This is a normal rental apartment and they look at your rental history and need you to visit the apartment before booking.
I wouldn't recommend this particular area though.
You can look up rental sites to see what suits you.
