Ok so youtube is dumb and I can't add Grasshopper's channel in the end screen because you can only search up channels by name and it only shows a few channels and Grasshopper wasn't there. I also can't put the link of the channel in the end card because im not in the youtube partner program or something. Luckily the video title is very unique so its there. The end screen also shows up late because the outro song was too long.
I was gonna ask permission to make this video but asking if I can make a video about my opinions on lizards is dumb.

getting killed by an orange lizard is the equivalent of getting ganged up by some thugs who dropped out of school. They're so slow that you can literally turn around and jump over them before they can think of biting.

Green Lizards are the best, since:
+They will win against every other lizard, including reds, since they bite with full force whilst others don't
+They are frens with wormgrass and will be good frens with you
+They are strong and won't give up against apex foes such as vultures
+They just don't care about what the other lizards think

White lizard going full rainbow with caramelldansen is something I didn't know I needed. I still hate 'em, but now I kinda love 'em.
(Btw, I think If you kill the orange lizard with the big antenas the small ones get completely lost, cuts their communication, very neat)

Also if you stab the cyan lizard in the right spot, the fluid that it uses to propel itself will spray everywhere and it will fly around uncontrollably
Technically the long antennae one isn’t always the leader, but most of the time it is, I believe it’s based on determination

Missed detail: the Orange lizard antenas are not only visual, the one with the longest antena in the group is the alpha who basically coordinates the attacks of the group, if you kill the alpha they all lose comunication and attack at the same time like normal lizards. It's small but i think it's a detail worth mencioning, it makes them cooler because their communication is a bit more complex

I heard a theory that the reason oranges can work together is actually because of those 'antennae,' because they send and receive pheromone signals through them.
And I heard another that there's always a pack leader in orange packs? If you kill them, the group becomes disorganised, and they can't work together in the same way. I haven't been able to confirm that last part yet, I can't tell which is the leader... or if, when spawned in an arena there is one or if you have to encounter a pack in the campaign for that... but it's an interesting idea.
The pack leader is actually the one with the longest antennae, It's pretty hard to know unless the leader has like really long ones.

The leader should be bigger and I have an idea what if there was a rainbow lizard that had a tounge and it was a boss battle it would be a room with spikes and you would have to battle the boss to get to the final battle

Personally I love the green lizards
they're like giant crocodiles which makes sense because they're slow and heavy plus the game makes sure you kniw they're heavy because when they fall the screen will shake
Also very tanky and the only normal lizard which can give vultures some pain
Aren't crocodiles really fast though

about the orange lizards, they actually use them to communicate to the rest of the pack, the ones with longest antennas are alphas and if you kill them the rest of the pack becomes disorganized and will hunt like they are regular lizards instead of trying to corner you

They're not average, they're much higher, their head turn speed and bite speed is insanely quick, the only other lizard that has a quicker reaction time is a red.
Also they're pretty, are extremely loyal friends when you tame them.
They're not reccomended for long-term companionship tho, 1 vulture and its bye-bye for them

After 100 hours of this game... Imma spill some of my opinion about them
Green (E tier) - they're one of the harder ones to kill due to the stone lasting almost half as short when stunning them. Spears also stun them for so short that you can't kill them with only 1 spear. They're only good taming for the friend achievement by locking them in the 2nd hibernation station in outskirts (I've died to green lizards so much that it's painfully annoying)
Pink (C tier) - Mildly annoying but they're easier to read which makes them more killable, just rock throw and chuck chuck chuck. 3 health is all they need.
Blue (A tier) - i just love killing these guys, takes 2 health and they're slow to move. Granted they climb walls but 2 hits and they're gone. 1 spear hit also immoblizes them for a long enough duration.
Axolotl (E- tier) - they're basically only at one weird spot in shoreline and some other weird places in drainage... By "weird" i mean non-optimal places that's just not really a smart place to be nor a fast place to be.
White lizard -10/10 (F tier) - aaand the most fucked up lizard goes to...... White lizard, please remove them from the game. They're annoying, they're everywhere in the wall/underhang/leg and quite frankly their tongue is busted. They waste so much time in a game where you're limited to so little time to begin with and they steal your spear which makes me wanna kill them more BUT I CAN'T WITHOUT MY SPEAR. Oh did i mention they scurry to their dens so fast and NEVER let you go once caught? I've never seen white lizards get caught in a lizard fight and most scavs just ignore the damn thing. Their low bite lethality doesn't make sense when only a vulture can rescue you (assuming they won't snacc on you) while we're at it ... Green lizards eat blue lizards which makes blue lizards easier to deal with
Orange lizards (B tier) - i had an experience in getting ganged by them but i did enjoy slaughtering their entire family once for the outlaw achievement.... AS MONK (the long antenna thing doesn't matter much since you can't be picky of who to kill in combat)
Leapzards (B tier) - i played hunter once and almost broke my laptop in sky islands. They're fast, they're broken and quite frankly they're douchebags. B U T T i figured out a way. As hunter there's a room in farm arrays with a vulture grub. Basically grab a vulture mask by cycle 19 die how many times as you have to, since leapzards only spawn in hunter i say that makes their rating higher because i have a solid strategy for ir >:3 (also I've heard taming them is a good way of surviving)
Red lizards (S tier) - The big the bad the monster, he's just broken so deal with it. He breaks the game's physics, is faster than you and won't even let you use poles. His bites are 1 shot and he can easily wipe out a scavenger team. I just love these guys as the king of the lizards. I managed to spawn one in outskirts recently and ohh boi I'm gonna have a fun time taming it. Also from what I've seen 2 red lizards CAN fight and kill one or the other. Good info as a hunter.

the funny thing about orange lizards is that the one with the biggest antenas is the one that connects all the other orange lizards together, so if you kill it they all just become basically pink lizards with a cooler design

Fun fact: red lizards, white lizards and leap/cyan lizards are the best tames Imo, cyans can climb and jump which makes them easy to travel wit, red lizards make you badass and unstoppable and white lizards are just fun duded who you can adventure with (my opinion)

i have a PERSONAL GRUDGE with white axolotl lizards, specifically because the first time i ever dared go into shoreline was through garbage wastes and you know that ONE tunnel that's like, 3-4 screens long to actually get outside? leopard lizzards are honestly the coolest and most annoying pieces of shit ive ever seen. when playing the wall with hunter, these things literally snacked me out of the air, licked me out of pipes, jumped into my face and somehow when i managed to kill all of them, there was always a king vulture ready to strike.
Greens are dumb but they can be quite smart sometimes. I remember standing on a pole with two below me, they unintentionally climbed atop one another to a high enough point that one actually nailed me. Then that one dropped me because other bit it and i watched them fight over me. I escaped via vulture. Lol
The yellow lizards antennas are meant for communicating with their friends telepathically btw

Fun fact: the orange ones ambush ppl beacause they are in a pack. The one with the longest antenna is the leader and if you hurt the leader they swarm you- so that probs why they all climbed to get you (hope this helps)
Fun fact: orange lizs with large antenaes are the links to all communications, meaning that killing the large antenae lizs will desync all orange lizs

red on S, orange on A, white on B, green on C, blue and cyan on D, pink on F.

The longer the orange lizard's antenna is the more aggresive it is therefore the leader
For me white lizard is probably in F tier since they probably ruin half my cycles. I can see them, I usually don't die from them being too hidden. But they don't move when you want them do and end up wasting most of your time. Also you can't get near without a spear (maybe a rock.) Killed me the most out of all lizards, did I mention they're everywhere and in some places over 2?

HOT TAKE! The white/pink ones have the coolest design. I just like axolotls.
You forgot something very important with the cyans! If you spear them while they’re charging a jump, their juices jet out and they fly into the air and explode like fireworks! It’s always fun when you get a good hit on them and you watch them explode in the air.
I know I'm late, but I would have put blue lizor in S tier as well, they prey on overgrown centipedes which is hilarious considering blue lizors are prey to all other lizors and IIRC the long electric noodles prey on most lizors

Arena in the main menu. You do have to unlock creatures though by touching those random blue orbs everywhere.
