  • This was my first time eating or cooking country ribs and I can't believe what I was missing out on. This recipe is SO simple yet makes such tender meat. I had no idea a country rib wasn't actually a rib at all, but a cut of the shoulder loin. The meat is delicious served with sides or wrapped up as a burrito. It's also one of the cheapest cuts of meat you can get! Yes Ma'm!
