Use a little plumbers Teflon tape on each of the connections. My first attempt to install, all 3 connection leaked so I disconnected everything and put some tape on all the threads, works good now.
Plumber's tape is not to be used for applications where there is a rubber washer.
Ice cold water. I don't think so.

It would be cold water...in the uk is very uncomfortable...what else can be done without plumbing required???🤔🤔🤔

I seem to still have a leak from the toilet. I used the tape and the washer. Do you think I need to tighten more?
No. You need to loosen a bit.
Mine came with no washers…. Water sprayed from the handle connection when I turned water back on
Bout to make a trip to hardware store as I had no proper fits on hand……….. will come back with update.
What about the water is it cold or warm water?
