Thank you for your video and putting in the time to help all of us that searched for this information. I like to take ideas from multiple sources and fiddle with my own ideas. Everyone is so quick to bash people but i dont see their video lol
Thanks for sharing. I'll give it a try sometime soon.
That's a good idea it will save you money
Great idea, just confused why you didn't just mix everything in the water as a "shot", instead of dumping powder down your throat and chasing it with the water. Ya goof lol. Thanks again for the ratios. Don't think I'd even have thought of using MiO for the caffeine injection either, good call.
He said that it doesn't mix well and he felt like he was wasting some
I'm guessing what didn't dissolve was either the binder or carrier. Either way if it sits over night there won't be very much loss at all if he filters it. Everything he wants from the pills is 100% water soluble
than id say this doesnt work as a replacement drink lol .... and tbh... to me this is a no brainer but unless u cant take pills ...... why not just take the damn pills??? lol
Just chop the powder up in lines, it hits a bit harder
Do you find effects completely comparable to the 5-Hour energies?
+Alyesha Khouri Comparable sure, but probably not as effective as the real thing because 5 hour energy also has a "special energy blend" ingredient that has a few other things not included in this homemade version. But this is still a great cheap alternative that works.
@@PhilanthroPwn You're probably missing on some theanine and/or tyrosine for stimulants
I just purchased all the ingredients, including the pill crusher, spending a total of $23-$24.
I’d like to know if anyone’s tried this and had the same effect as with the 5-hour energy shots?
Care to share your results?
Bro did you die?
@@unst3rblich399 still waiting on reply
Did it work woman?!
@@GmonkeyJ777 she got addicted to the pills and OD' on them T-T
Why didn't you do a price by the pill. This gives you a real clue , since we don't know the number of hits per bottle.
It works out to about $0.04 a pill or 16¢ a bottle. No idea how much is in the mio bottle, but it's probably the most expensive part. There are also caffeinated powders for adding to water that you can get for 8/$1.
Using one of those would almost double the price at 12¢ a packet.
The math was done using his 200 count bottles. Larger bottles, of course, will bring the per bottle price down
What’s the limit on how many I can drink without dying
The limit for 5 hour energy is 2. It can be dangerous after that.
Dude ginger ale or sparkling water
What's the point of grinding the pills if you don't mix the powder in a drink? You are literally taking them like pills, but in a more difficult way.
4 dollars?? Mio is almost 30 on amazon
Will super b complex be fine?
Yeah probably. Sounds like it just has more as regular b complex.
Why not just take them all as pills with a meal drink 2 ounce or heck add more water with your 1 teaspoon just to take the pills and the meal so you feel like you’re drinking something good
Because that defeats the "instant" part of five hour energy. It can take up to 30 minutes to digest & metabolize a pill. Powders and liquids start metabolizing before they get settled in your stomach
How much money does this end up saving you?
As the price of 5 Hour Energy shots continues to rise.
It has aspartame which is very bad.
Um mio energy has vitamins already
In much tinier amounts.
I suggest better supplements, these are cheap and green coffee been extract as the source of caffeine not that mio junk!!
I took great plans from Avasva . It help me a lot with my own solars.
This has Sucralose, so I'll skip MioEnergy.
$1.60 a drink from sams club .
Of what?
Go to Avasva page if you want to learn how to build it yourself
do some more research on what makes energy in the body and what is good for the body what is safe to take in a large dosage and find them all in a research chemical powder its the stuff used to make medication. then after finding them all messure out and disolve them all in 1 to 3 oz of distilled water then ass in a little bit of mio for flavor buy doing this you just made your own energy shot the the store has it mad only you used mio for flavor instead of flavoring you can use coolaid also.
vorkev1 lol "research chemical powder" it's just fine to crush pills, it's cheap and easy to find. it's the same stuff
I wouldn't even see this as saving time, measuring out the power would take about the same time as crushing a pre-measured pill.
You can find best solutions on Avasva website.
This is dumb and gross. Nobody wants to dump a bunch of powder in their mouths. I'd be on board if there were a much better delivery system, like a simple liquid or capsule or cookie.
There is, it's an energy shot. I think the point is to avoid the high price of the energy shot by DIY.
Have you never heard of Goody Powder pain relief?
@@unst3rblich399 No, and probably for good reason.
@@TigerGreene I mean, I guess if you're either really young or have been living under a rock. Goody's has been around since 1932. It's a powder version of pain/headache relief for fast acting effects. Same principle here, or you could also dissolve in hot water and store at room temperature.
Or just pop six pills in your mouth and swallow
This doesn't seem safe at all
