నా వయసు 63, నేను పరతి రోజు 17500 నుండి 20000 అడుగులు నడుస్తాను, మా స్నేహితులు ఒకరు రోజు 14000 అడుగులకు తగ్గకుండా నడుస్తారు. వారి వయసు 75+.
17500-18000 అడుగులు నడవటం చాలా ఎక్కువ బహుశా మీ లెక్క తప్పు అనుకుంట. 1500 అడుగులు అంటే 1 kM నడిచినట్టు. గంటకు 6000 అడుగులు నడిస్తే 4 KM నడిచినట్టు. మీరు 18000 అడుగులు అంటే 12km తో సమానం. కనీ సం 3 గంటల సమయం పడుతుంది.
You are walking more than 10kms and more than 2 hours. .at this age of 63 years. It will cause impact on Hip and Knee joints.6 to 8 thousand steps are sufficient for good health. Excess walking may cause ware and tear of knee joints and dehydration. Pl take care. Dr RamanaRao.
