PAC accused Jack of being a snitch because PAC’s lawyer Michael Warren dug into Jack’s background and discovered that Jack had a lot of C&D’s on his record. C&D means charge and dismiss, Jack had a lot of charges but they all mysteriously kept getting dismissed. PAC’s lawyer told him that’s a sign of Jack being a snitch. PAC’s lawyer also told him to play it cool, PAC didn’t listen and that’s why the events that happened unfolded. While in Rikers PAC NEVER got touched, he was in general population his entire time until he was sentenced and sent upstate to Dannemora. His step father Mutulu Shakur (R.I.P) had people protecting him and so did Chaz Williams (R.I.P) who was Mutulu’s blood cousin. These guys get on these platforms, spread lies and to people who don’t know they Will believe them.

Jack's lawyer did what any good attorney would do. His client wasn't charged for the guns because that was 2Pac and Charles' hotel room. So he argued that point and got the cases separated.
Most of you are too young to understand the severity of the gun charge. Even though the media focused heavily on the rape accusation, the gun charge was the one where he was facing up to 20 years if convicted

Have neither this interviewer or interviewee heard about Dexter Issac, who confessed to being among the crew of guys that shot 2Pac in the Quad Studio lobby? Basically, 2Pac talked reckless to Henchman several hours prior to going to Quad, Henchman called Dexter and told him to get a crew to rob 2Pac to teach him a lesson, Stretch (who was with 2Pac) was giving them updates as to their whereabouts (all for a quarter kilo of coke from Henchman), 2Pac got shot when he pulled the gun in the lobby, he was only supposed to be robbed. Biggie had nothing to do with it nor did Hatian Jack.

You don't do time after you get deported. For example, a friend of mine was given 25 years. After 10 years he was deported to Dominican Republic, but he was Scott free out there.
He didn't have a different case he had a separate trail you have a right to a separate trail if u believe being tried with your co defendants will prejudice you.
U have to be convicted of a serious violent crime to be deported which means u had to serve time
He had his case separated because when biggie visited the hotel room they left hammers behind, so they also wanted to charge all three men with the guns as well. So Jack lawyer told them to take the guns off the case since the room isn’t listed under Jack name because he’s not responsible for anything in pac room. They said no.. and Jack lawyer was able to separate the case from 2pac because they charged pac with guns too.

He threatened Jimmy Henchaman over the phone, left a studio in Harlem after his boys told him that threatening Jimmy was going to come with Brooklyn beef, went to the projects to get pistols, and then when to Quad. He refused to give Nickels a gun, and when they got ran down on, he accidentally discharged the weapon during a tussle and it hit his leg and hit Nickels in the stomach. Tupac was up and chasing the dudes in the street with Zayd and only ran back in the studio elevator, because the Police saw him waving his gun. He didnt even know he was hit till someone in the studio told him there was blood running down the back of his pants. You cant tell these Pac stans anything because they refuse to do research. Pac was a liar, he lied about a lot of stuff, which was his right to do, although he owed a lot of apologies.
