Divorces go back and forth like this all the time. Family court is very different than criminal or civil court. It will likely work itself out.

Right, what I’m curious is if they are both pro se and neither has a lawyer? I don’t know about Georgia but in my state if you are represented, the lawyer is listed with their info underneath your name as petitioner or respondent since they are actually the ones filing it on your behalf. So I wonder if this is her trying to do this on her own. I find that hard to believe but there’s a whole lot about Shirley we’ve found out that is really out there.

Her lawyer needs to make some calls to the jail. I'm sure she knows ppl in Fulton or Cobb Counties that can help with the situation. Or serve him on his next court date in the next 45 days. He's not going to complete the forms, because he can barely read or Sidehen is advising him not to acknowledge the paperwork.
Considering Sonya evaded being served for years (in her own divorce), I wouldn't be surprised if she put Nesto up on game. If I were Shirley, I would've had Debbie serve Nesto during his last court date 😂
