Raymond's late mom was Jamaican, an awesome cook and she taught her son well so this recipe is pretty standard fare for weekend breakfast here. As for the bacon, we use turkey bacon or ground turkey, it's healthier and I would NEVER think of using a store bought pie crust. I will use my late mom's pie crust recipe as long as Crisco makes shortening because it is to die for!

Looks yummy shall try this out next week. Would have to say without listing measurements with ingredients it's no longer a cook along video and defeats the purpose of creating guided teaching imo.
