Hi sir I just wanted to say thank you so much for putting out this key information. You've shed light on these issues that I think most building channels shy away from. I hardly ever comment but this video needs sharing and thats exactly what i will do. Everyone needs to start the process so change can start. Again thank you!
I really appreciate your comment. Thank you! Every little we do will help bring some change. Thank you again.
I worked with BCS on getting some Amazing tiles from China. I spend my money the way I want. Will be back with my 2nd comment

Awesome! I wish you all the best! If there is any way we can help, please reach out to us.
spot on bro.its rediculous the way things go on in Ghana
Thank you, brother! It is ridiculous
Kudos to you my brother. I don't see anything wrong buying from China Ghana borrowed money from China. The whole world buys from China.Heck with those haters I will spend my money where I can get quality and value for my money. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Absolute truths! Thank you, brother!
Dem! Finally found my saviour! Been cracking my brains on how to get quality products from somewhere else. I’m on board bro, full 100% support. Have sent you an enquiry in your email
I am not worthy of that title! LOL. I appreciate the kind words. I’m glad you what I am researching and putting out helps more than just me. Thank you for watching. Stick around by subscribing if you haven’t already
Matter of fact, most of these stores don’t have some of the items they display in stock. Their sales rep will waste your time knowing very well they don’t have them in stock. You only find out after you tell them the number or pieces you want. Just like most things, they’ll try to give you what you don’t really want because that’s the only one in stock
We are settling on a lot of things and just like Eric said, if you can build, you can order from china and it’ll be exactly what you need in the quantity you want. Most of these building material stores are owned by Indians, Lebanese and Turkish Nationals who repatriate their profits to their countries
You always come through with some really salient points, brother! Thank you!
Sir do you please do compound tiles too?
@@marywilliams8085; yes, madam. We do.
@@GhanabaKwaku Thank you very much Sir, please how can I contact you
@@marywilliams8085; please email requests to BuildConnectSolutions@gmail.com
Hey bro I totally agree with you. Your points are valid
I appreciate you for watching and commenting! Thank you!
You're on point. Our local Artisans are not creative at all. Even some of big shops in the Ghana are selling rubbish stuffs and when you complain about them... it sounds like you're being too problematic.
Exactly; because if you don’t use them, someone else will. I till more of us stand up against not accepting mediocrity at cutthroat prices, they won’t stop
I am on board. I will contact you at the appropriate time. Thanks for challenging the status quo. The critics are concerned about the options you are introducing.
I appreciate the support! Thank you!
My brother, you and the team are doing an excellent job. There will always be naysayers, but you carry on doing what you’re doing. We love what we’re seeing👍🏾👏🏾
Thank you, brother! We appreciate the kind words!
I agree with you brother
Spot on
I’m actually hiring Chinese artisans to work on my present and future projects. I’m a Ghanaian and all the projects are in Ghana. We love quality work at affordable prices, that all.
That’s another angle! As long as you can afford it, the world should be your oyster. Especially when “home” isn’t really stepping its game up
I live in the US I bought a lot from Mexico great material low prices
Smart!
Will said bro you are 100% right, I will also do my finishing the way I want it, it's my money and my house I am aloud to do what makes me happy at the end of the day. thanks bro I will contact you for the next doors and window order 👌
Exactly! Thank you for the comment and hopefully we can help you when the time comes.
Touché!!!
Thank you!
Brother, just acquired my land in Ghana. I’ll be reaching out for some doors, windows and tiles soon. Thanks for what you’re doing.
Congrats on the journey! It will challenge you but it is rewarding all through! Whatever we can do to help along the way, we will. Thank you for watching and commenting! 🙏🏾
@@GhanabaKwaku I can’t wait for this experience. Once again thank you for helping people like us deal with fears that comes with finishing a home in Ghana. You are doing the lord’s work. Don’t ever stop.
They show you can do it. Our people tell you they can do it
Exactly!
I used Triaco aluminum profiles for my project, it is a heavy duty window.
I am planning on doing a comparison of these profiles one day. Any information you have to share would be appreciated
@@GhanabaKwaku
It is a little thicker than the Ks-50 thus my sliding doors are heavy . Bro you feel it when opening and closing. It also looks classy and nice. My artisan convinced me to choose the wall cover type but I did not agree. I opted for the type of trico profile without wall cover. Initially he convinced me to buy Ks-50 but I stood on my ground and purchased Trico.
They don’t have original black profile readily available, it has to be powder coated . But there is one company that has the black color In stock.right now my artisan is praising it probably his first time using it.
There is a price difference between the KS-50 and trico profile but to me it is not a lot.
Hi Kwaku, I like the option you are advocating for. I am very interested in talking to you for further discussion. I think most of us outside of Ghana, the issue of navigating clearing duty in Ghana is a concern.
Come talk to us so we can figure out how best we can help you.
Great job.
Thank you, sis! It has been a while. All good?
@@GhanabaKwaku All is well. A lot of brain grinding Thanks for your concern.
@@ourfamilytree5931; it will pay off!

How do l show you the specific tiles i need
@@edithamankwah180; if you have pictures, you can email them to BuildConnectSolutions@gmail.com please
Eric, Your money Your rules!! In any case, the shops you mentioned are all owned by foreigners! None of the capital stays in Ghana.
Thank you! Ghana definitely has ways to go.
Speake on it brethren
Thank you!
If China didn’t supply low priced building materials to Africa as a whole, it would be extremely expensive to build because the west would artificially raise all cost for building materials.
Absolute truth! The problem though is our businesses in Ghana mark these low prices materials up way too much
@@GhanabaKwaku This is why Ghana needs a national branded store chain that is privately owned by a corporation like Home Depot, Lowe’s etc. I was originally against such businesses because it took away from local employment but it seems that the local businesses owners are creating a mini hyper inflation on a local scale. Anytime they see the dollar to Cedis ratio rise, they automatically adjust their prices but the issue is when the cedis to dollar ratio goes down they don’t adjust it back to its equal trading value. This is sinister and creates a situation that is frustrating if you are in the middle of a build and you have budgeted for that build only to find out it has increased by 20 to 30 percent. Now I’m seeing business owners huddle together in secret and raise prices in a network of their business and punish anyone who tries and undercut them by sabotaging their connections to the supplier of those materials. It’s very serious sir.
@@sonofafrica514; I might be aging myself but that was the UTCs and GNTCs of my childhood.
I have nothing against businesses making profit, that is the main purpose but when profits are literally causing people to not be able to live, that is an issue.
Im based in atlanta. How do i get in touch. I need tiles for my project
Please send your WhatsApp number to BuildConnectSolutions@gmail.com and either myself or Alex will reach out!
Bro if you buy windows from China and there is a problem at some point in time, how are you going to get the parts?
That is always something to worry about but I have hope that if the quality is premium, you will not need to worry about sudden issues. Normal wear and tear is inevitable and hopefully by then, there is a remedy.
You’re right, I don’t think there will be major issues when you get premium quality products, especially if it is a window.
@@GhanabaKwaku I will consider buying my windows from China for my building project which gives me lots of headaches when I think about the number of windows in it.
Come talk to us; we can help take some of the headache away.
Low grade items and overpriced! Please don't let the negativity and "against " comments and people get to you. We will spend our hard earned money 💰 as we wish. BCS all the way 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤
Thanks for the vote of confidence, Nii!
I’ll contact you regarding windows
Looking forward to it!
How can I contact you for glass and tiles
Please send your requirements via email to BuildConnectSolutions@gmail.com and one of us will get back to you. Thank you for watching. Looking forward to helping you.
Yeah jacking up the prices has to stop!!!!
