Elemental Destruction Magic: Earth, water, wind, and poison

Could probably use some work, but I like it!
Some things to note for minor mod conflicts with aesthetics:
- Spells appear have been duplicated from the fire spells, and using some of its Vanilla assets. At least the Fireball explosion for the "explosive projectile" varieties of this spell pack. They use the SpecialEffect - ImpactData - FireBallExp01 in CreationKit. Whatever sound changes are made to this asset WILL appear in the explosions of spells like Stalagmite, Geyser, Tornado.

There is only fire, ice and lightning. I wonder what abilities scale from destruction with earth and water.
