i am making a project and having problem, i have a pam 8610 connected to 20watt 4ohm + 10watt 4ohm speakers in series on both channels so 8ohm per channel and power supply as 3x 18650 batteries, input from 5v Bluetooth module which gets power from a 7805 regulator , i have also added capacitors between battery and amplifier of 4700uf+1000uf and a 22k resistor on sound output from Bluetooth module to reduce distortion but it still has a lot of distortion and clipping and most song are not even listenable and a voltage drop of 0.2-0.4v while running plus the chip runs hot even having heatsink on top, pls help i am stuck
Also it's a nice video for us who keep on making projects but dont have enough money to test new amplifier modules as they aren't available in my locality and are expensive at online stores and have no warranty.... So there's a fear of risking our money.....

It all depends upon how much energy are you extracting from the system, the only thing I can specify that it has over 90% efficiency that means if you extracting 10watt as audio, it will make heat of less than 1watt.

Bhai ek help kerdo class d amp hai 3118 usmeh transformer 3 amp aur dieote 6 amp ka bridge hai chal hi nhi rha 1 amp ka dieote laga rha hu toh ruk ruk keh baj rha hai kitneh amp ka dieote lagau bridge mah aur ye rul ruk kuy ja rha hai
