In my Nissan juke Tekna plus it will do an full emergency brake as soon as is sees something that shouldn’t be happing like the other week a postman just ran straight in the road and the car had brake before I knew what was happening

Well it kind of depends on how fast you are going. Lower speeds, the vehicle should do something - warning or slow down.
Faster speeds - 50 or above - no car is going to slow or stop in time - it is the laws of physics of the vehicles weight.
But i am amazed how soon the Tesla sees the person in the road and does a warning and slows to a stop. That is pretty good demo of emergency braking.

Hey, love your videos and your presentation style. I’ve been following you for a while now as thinking of buying a M3 if/when my employer offers the electric car salary sacrifice scheme. I’m curious as to what you make of the latest Musk controversies?
Those being the sudden price drop; the removal of radar and USS meaning very basic features are longer available; replacing HW3 with HW4 thereby admitting HW3 cannot offer FSD despite Musk selling this for lots of dollars. No retrofit offered for HW3 customers that will miss out on HW4 despite the fact Musk assured everyone HW3 was enough. Lots of talk in the US about class action lawsuits - not sure we do those in the UK?
I’d love to see you do a video about the general Tesla situation, your thoughts and predictions.

Hey Jack what if you tested if theater mode works while driving and then check if you are on the theater page it kicks you out and maybe also try being on an app and start driving

Correct me if I'm wrong here but when the Tesla gives its warning beeps, don't you have to look at the screen to see what the warning is/was?
If that's the case, isn't that taking the drivers attention away from the road and any potential hazard?
In a way yes. If you would not know why the Tesla was warning you would have to look at the screen.
But realistically in this scenario you would maybe not pay attention and then get the beeps. From that you would (or should) be focused again and see that someone is standing in the middle of the road.
Otherwise I would personally slow down and then glance at the screen if I had no clue why it beeped at me
if the tesla beeps its usually because something is in front of you so naturally you'd look out the window first and react, then you'd look at the screen if you don't instantly see the obstacle

But it has to be in AP! Why won't it automatically stop you when you're manually driving? Volvo's City Safe works EVEN when manually driving on my 2010 xc60 FFS! Personally, I think Tesla should do the same.
