He is not a new generation ultraman, he's the start of the reiwa era of ultraman. I know Ultraman Taiga is technically a reiwa ultraman as well, but his show is the end of the new generation series. Why else is the Ultraman Taiga movie called, New Generation CLIMAX.
Should we also consider RB other forms' rise? (not traditional rise but if Seven, 80 1st rise, Great also count towards rise, I think we could include them too :D ) Also Zero first host' two rises in his Zero VS Kaiser Belial moviw are also very cool (again, more similar with traditional Ultraman rise than Seven and Heise Seven's rise...?)

最強形態はトライストリウムで良いと思う。逆にタイタスとフーマの出番増やしてほしい。
ニュージェネの力を結集させて作ったアイテムだからギンガビクトリーとかと同じで作ったあとはアイテムとして持ってるから使えばいつでもなれるんじゃないかなと思います
