Correct.. പക്ഷേ ശക്തമായി പ്രതികരിക്കേണ്ട കോടതികൾ പലപ്പോഴും ഞാൻ ഒന്നും അറിഞ്ഞില്ലേ എന്ന ഭാവത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നതിനെ പറ്റി എന്ത് പറയുന്നു.. ഇനി സാധാരണക്കാർ പ്രതികരിച്ചാൽ വല്ല പെണ്ണ് കേസിലും ആക്കി കേസ് കൊടുക്കും എന്നിട്ടു കോടതി അവരെ ജയിലിലും വിടും.. അതാണ് നമ്മുടെ വ്യവസ്ഥിതി... അതിനു ജനങളെ കുറ്റം പറഞ്ഞിട്ടു കാര്യം ഇല്ല.. എന്ത് കുറ്റം ചെയ്താലും ജാമ്യം കൊടുക്കാൻ ഉള്ള ഒരു ഉപകരണം ആയി മാറി നമ്മുടെ കോടതികളും നിയമവും... ശക്തമായ നിയമവും ശിക്ഷയും ഉണ്ടകിൽ ആർക്കും പ്രതികരിക്കേണ്ട സാഹചര്യം പോലും വരില്ല...

The court must take action against police who are behaving badly to the citizens,then it will come down. There are no punishments given to those people. So, the court can't just pass judgement and sit back.
