Yes, it may be a temporary, first save your all data then Reinstall the windows.

I switched UEFI to legacy and now my computer is saying “reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key. Intel undo build, pxe 2.0 (build 083) then it also says check cable connection! Pxe-mod:exiting pxe rom. Please help 😢

Make sure your keyboard properly connected, otherwise check it with another keyboard and also check it in different ports.

Let's try this:
Click the power button icon.
Press and hold down the Shift key and then click Restart. Continue to hold the Shift key until the computer reboots.
Select Troubleshoot.
Go to Advanced Options > Startup Repair.
After the startup repair process is complete, reboot the computer.

One of the options worked, then i tried to update my computer to windows 11 and then my computer crashed again and is bringing up the same screen
Check file system, windows 11 support NTFS.

Apply the mentioned option one by one, if not work then apply last option. First turn off your pc then hold ctrl+B then On your pc. Your pc will be On but the solution is temporary, save your data then re-install the window.
how do i turn off VT-D ?
-From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Virtualization Options > Intel (R) VT-d.
- Select a setting. Enabled/ Disabled
- Save your setting.

The legacy/uefi isn’t present on mine
Its because of your laptop uses the older BIOS firmware rather than UEFI. Please check the last 2 options but carefully, don't lose your data.
I only have the "file, storage, security, power and advanced" options here
Go to "Advance" and follow the steps shown in video.

In boot menu select "launch csm" and enable it. In security menu select "select secure boot" and disable it. Save and exit. Hopefully its work.
What I'd there is no launch csm

if you have the same aptio setup utility error, then follow the steps on my video.
if you want to Reinstall the window, then follow the below steps:
- Make sure you have windows setup in USB or DVD.
- Then go to boot menu.
- With the help of keyboard arrow keys, select the USB/DVD option.
- Your windows re-installation will be started.
