Characters are created by different people without much of a co-operation. You create-you choose all the stuff you want your character to be, so, yeah, balance is the last thing to expect in Mugen ^-^

edit: a character doesn't need to be strong to be enjoyable, i prefer jojo than dragon ball because of how -gay- haxy jojo is, however, if you get realistic for a second, there's not a single stand that outstats goku in any single sense.
pucci isn't even that op, he's just someone who gradually gets faster,even a-train could blitz him

Also, as a mugen expert, I have to say, the first Pucci you choose cannot go made in heaven despite the picture at the top. that version of pucci was specifically made for playing with C-Moon. You have to choose the Whitesnake pucci and ascend him.

i will say, to people who know a bit about relativity, the "infinite" speed that pucci has actually grants him omnipotence. When one bypasses the speed of light, (infinity is well beyond that limit) you basically can go back and foward in time, and it makes the effect happen before the cause ever did. doing this would grant him full access to space and time, like for example "i killed you because you died" the more you think about that, the weirder it gets. but essentially, he can make anything happen, at any time, for any reason. Breaking quantum mechanics does do weird things like that. Why he never did that, probably because he wasn't fully evolved yet (he stated in the final fight), and assuming god is also omnipotent, it would grant him infinite speed too, the manga stated that pucci is as fast as god.

He lives in an accelerated time, that's what allow him to go as fast as he wants, but light also goes faster since is not another living being, in fact, from his perspective everything is normal. Y'know in theory MIH's speed is really good but when pucci runs certain distance he'd get just as tired as if he ran that distance at normal speed. So if he ran too far he'd die of exhaustion wouldn't he?

What if they’re all sentient and everytime two characters who like eachother fight, the winner just starts sobbing and mourning the loss of their friend and if they hate eachother they just rub it in there face and if you make them fight too much they’ll rebel against you and start talking to you like ‘why are you making us do this. It hurts’ and it gets really psychological horror type thing. I’d play that game if it was secretly a psychological horror. Or maybe if the character is a goody two shoes they’ll apologise to their app one tho before fighting, or maybe they’ll just offhandedly give you the biggest death glare
Pucci could take all kinds of powrs. If he can remove his eyesight, he can remove a lot of things.

Well since Made In Heaven just had C-Moon's abilities but better and on a universal scale, you can assume that MiH has both time stop resistance because gravity and maybe even better versions of C-Moon's abilities

Composite Pucci VS. Composite Goku. Let's start with Goku. Speed is MFTL+. Strength is Multiversal+ highball, Universal+ Lowball. IQ is nonexistant. BIQ is decent. He has an ability which allows his body to dodge any attack on instinct, which is much, MUCH faster than dodging based on reaction time. This makes Goku hard to hit.
Now, Pucci. Strength is Small Mountain. Speed is infinite. IQ is high. BIQ is high.
Pucci outspeeds Goku. It doesn't matter what Pucci's strength is if Pucci can land an infinite amount of hits at once.

Bro, goku is the kind of guy who would let a stand user attack first just to see how strong they are only to have his head like unzipped or maybe rapidly ages or has a fishing line wrap around his heart or just get his torso inverted. Like if we are doing in character for a 1v1, goku is that guy who lets them hit first so he can see how they fight only to get K.O. in one shot cause
1. he won't immediately be in a transformation
2. Most stands can technically bypass durability by affecting either Goku's properties or manages to phase through
3. Goku isn't the brightest, he could probably sense a stands presence but since it will be visibly invisible, it'll take a solid minute for goku to understand what's going on
Like don't get me wrong, goku at full power right off the bat wipes, but there are some stands that could very well at least trap goku even at full power examples being like superfly, cheap trick, Notorious B.I.G, Baby Face, and Atom Heart Father
Goku is physically strong and has major durability, but he is still an organic creature, stands like Killer Queen, can kill goku, now of course it doesnt outspeed him or even physically able to do damage, but the fact that killer queen primary bomb is able to make any physical thing into a bomb, very well shows that no matter how durable you are, you will implode on yourself if touched and activated. If it were a direct 1v1 goku wipes Kira, if it were in character 1v1, Kira would be chatting goku allowing him to at least get the chance to attack him once, and one touch is all he needs, considering Kira is a regular human, Goku wouldn't bother to transform and maybe even only attempt to beat kira using punches and such, goku in character wont overkill, yet this allows human stand users to have the advantage.
Long story short, if its a 1v1 directly, Goku wipe, if its an in character 1v1, Goku destroys some stand users, but some stand users will have the winning advantage as Goku is not a monster, he's a good hearted naive hero, and he will not go all out on a human and for certain cases he will let them attack first to test the waters for his match.
But yeah I agree and disagree that Goku solos
Finally, someone who understands character quirks and traits. Battles are not just putting two, stone cold robots against each other and ordering them to kill each other. You're making two living, breathing people fight.
I just watched nearly 10 minutes worth of pucci, just lighting everyone up with s glock.
