agar aap tretinoin use kar rahe hain, toh mild aur gentle face wash use karna best hoga. Salicylic acid avoid karein kyunki yeh tretinoin ke sath use karna skin ko irritate kar sakta hai. Oily skin ke liye aap gentle foaming cleanser ya gel-based cleanser use kar sakte hain. Brands jaise Cetaphil, Neutrogena, ke gentle cleansers achi choice ho sakti hain. 😊

Sabse pehle aapko salute karta hoon aapki service ke liye. As a sub-inspector in Punjab Police, Pakistan, agar aapki skin constantly sunlight ke contact me rehti hai, toh retinol use karne se pehle kuch cheezon ka dhyan rakhna zaroori hai.
Retinol skin ko sun sensitivity (photosensitivity) badhata hai, jisse sunburn ya irritation ho sakti hai.
Aapko retinol use karte waqt aur bhi zyada sun protection ki zaroorat hogi.
retinol ko raat me lagana best hota hai kyunki yeh din me sunlight se react karke skin ko irritate kar sakta hai.
Subah sunscreen lagana mandatory hai. SPF 30 ya usse zyada ka sunscreen use karein aur har 2-3 ghante baad reapply karein.
Retinol ko dheere-dheere introduce karein. Pehle hafte me 1-2 baar use karein aur dheere-dheere frequency badhayein.

@@Comming100 yes ho sakta hai agar sahi se use kiye tho but bohot kam apply karna vo area me... Tretinion se peeling hota hai so shayad vo area ki skin nikal jaye but moisturizer is must uske bina sirf side effects hai so use nevlon moisturizing cream.. My Dr recommended me.. And any skin care takes time so at least give 3 to 4 months to heal.. All the best.
