My parents sold my PS2 for $20
I’m still upset to this day
i was upset too when they got rid of mine am 24 now and still get on them for doing that
The other day I went to a garage sale, the person was gonna pack up so she said everything was free we got a stack of Xbox and ps3 games.
I Am The Cheese I would've probably given them a little, but that's just me. Some people just want the junk gone
@@Dockhead I kinda think its just you too..........nice talk by the way.
Bruh I sold my PS3 with 3 controller and games for $130
Some dude bought my ps3 4 controllers 2 move controllers 1 move camera and 22 games for 220€ last year
When I was younger I would go to garage sales every Saturday morning it was fun now its impossible for me to wake up
My grandpa used to take me every Saturday too. We would always try to look for pokemon cards lol
Same my dad use 2 wake me up at like six on Saturdays sometimes Sundays we would be shopping for hours
My dad dragged me around so I bought thing, toys,,,,
But the late seventies you get chemistry sets, dangerous things, and the amazing things you see everyday, gone by 85 never seen again
Wow,never seen such a polite human being in my life,im sure your child is gonna become just as polite as you.
Strange, I thought just the opposite and had just commented so before scrolling to see if others agreed with me. But I first came across your comment. Says a lot about how subjective reality is, eh? Meh, to each his own though.
@@fageskata5219 he’s nicer than some of the other guys I’ve watched. One of them was extremely rude and didn’t know how to treat people nice.
Him:Finds a box of iPhone 11s
Also him:what about 50 cents?
Grandma: well I was thinking 25 cents but u can take it for 50 cents.
I rolled my eyes so hard when I heard him say 25 for that PS3 bundle. I guess good things happen to good people. Love it man haha.
9:44 had me dying. their faces were funny when he just ask who do I pay? It got so quiet.
Guy looking to buy: Finds a Xbox 1.
How about a buck?
Grandma: Sure!
Gave $30 for a working Xbox 1 and 11 games at a yard sale and they weren't shitty games either included Skyrim the witcher and some other good titles
@@iwams1 that's becuz it's not an original Xbox it's an Xbox one the console that came After the Xbox 360...
@@DavidJones-we7gr man im soo dumb...... so so dumb... read the “1” but didnt even think about the “xbox one” 😂🤣 and i have it as well thats ridiculous
I really love how you interact with these people so genuinely and politely...I think it does a lot to give us resellers a good rep. I notice you get a lot of good deals too and I think it’s because of how you treat the sellers. Awesome!
@@ohshucks7156 Yep. These scumbags make their profit from others' misfortunes.

‘Rip off’
You can’t rip someone off if you’re buying it at their price lol. He never asked to buy the PS3 for $25
@@MnemonicHeadTrip These scumbags make their profit from others' misfortunes. If you don't understand that just say so or keep quiet. Posting .... 'You can’t rip someone off if you’re buying it at their price lol.' is a show of ignorance you should be ashamed of.
Oldbatwit ... The dude literally asked him if $25 was good, it was his decision.
Yo in the garage sales where I live the play station/ remotes/ all the games would have been like $600 😭
I once got a N64 once with 4 controllers, Mario 64, Mario Kart, and Zelda for $10
I’m irish and I just find it so respectful the way Americans say m’am
Of all of the Scrappin vids you have some of the best manners & proper communication with others! Luv the channel Brother
25$ ? Ps3.
Knowing GameStop ....
That’s a good price, GameStop would have given that man 6$ store credit
Nicolas Urbaniak
It was a ps3 in a ps4 box lol
With 2 red ps3 controllers I have my ps3 in my ps4 box with red / blue / black controllers
Rural areas, note how friendly the people are. Made back $400 at my last rural yard sale, the cross bow didn't move surprisingly. The trick is get the wht people in line , they offer price , if ok yes , if not leave it. Next coveting wht person offers more, learned it after buddys running yard sale, saterday only 6am to 4pm . most people will offer more than you think its worth, especally if someone's behind them.
You’re such a solid dude. You have great energy. I never thought I’d be binge watching garage sale videos on YT lol. I love it! Experiencing the old world vicariously through garage sale videos!
Where the hell does this dude live? It looks like every house in the area has a garage sale... Good for him though.
Booster Gold ohio is absolutely FILLED with garage sales regardless of the weather
That Maxirub machine is LEGIT. I'm not even talking about for reselling, but for use. You lay down on the floor and have someone really push down hard and you're in heaven. They're like the old Nextel phones too. You can run it over with a semi and it would come out unscathed.
“How much do you want for this” “I don’t know” “how about a buck?” “Sure” me : WHAT 😱
😂😂
couple of things you missed:
4:34 not one but two cuckoo clocks on the shelf above fans. if they are real those are worth good money in any condition.
5:00 plastic blow mold santa -
8:20 no inquiry about the water heater? easy flip on those if it's in any kind of working condition.
8:40 You do know about blow molds !
YAY, I've been binge watching your vids. Love your chill demeanor, business model, picking style and your beautiful family!!

So much good info there. Thanks for posting it. I have given away so much of what you're showing and still have some things that I was wondering about, so good info for me.
You sound like a good man, i love listening to the interactions
John great santa head. I sold one just like it for $75 + shipping and super easy to ship.
Man that’s a heck of a kid sellin u that for 25. That’s cool that he wasn’t greedy
Nice video and you're so polite and helpful with everybody. Thanks for the VERO tip.
Trying to re-enter the thrift/re-selling world and stumbled across this video. You are so sincerely polite and nice to watch!
Lucky! The garage sales are so empty, mines are always so crowded or picked over fast!!
Omg back in the 80's we had a clappers and my kids thought I was magical because after bedtime story and prayers I'd clap and lights would turn off. My kids however quickly figured it out and I had to disable BC they'd keep clapping lights on and off haha
My father brought home a couple of those vintage iron fans home, he destroyed boats at the Port and would bring home a lot of interesting things, we've had it for over 20 years, still 100% functioning!
You get right to the point. Amazing. I love picking antiques and garage sales.
The opening to the video.... “thanks for pulling it out.....”
Never thought I’d be watching a guy going through garage sales on a Friday night
Thanks for sharing with us! I appreciate the info about vero, I will be sure to check out that video.
Santa blow mold, a great find! You are doing well with finding Santa faces this yard sale year so far!

THAT DUDE HAD ORIGINAL CONTROLLERS FOR THE PS3. I CANT FIND THOSE ANYWHERE! 😂
I did the happy dance when I saw the blow mold!!! You have some great garage sales by you. I love finding health and beauty items. Always a quick flip!!
The video game system in the closet?!?! That was the highlight for me. Teaches me to open my mouth when I'm out sourcing...which I need to learn how to do because that one obviously paid off. Thanks for posting great content.
don't walk by what?
nice clickbait title
Lytheus maybe he meant you don’t walk by these deals but I might be looking to much into it
Thanks for the knowledge man!!
NICE scores!I lived in Cincy for a couple years, Dayton area all my life. Don't miss those rainy garage sale mornings :) Just found your channel. Love it. Moved to Florida last year. Garage sales every Saturday year round and tons and tons of thrift stores. Found some great garage sale finds down here and some good finds at flea markets (with the outside/non-permanent vendors). Glad I found your channel.
Awesome finds John. Those cordless phones can do well, I sold a set for $150 a few months ago. Enjoyed the video!
25 for a ps3 and alot of games to nice
Yeah man. Everyone around here thinks their old systems and sports games are worth like 75% of the original prices.
Yeah i picked up a ps3 for 60 and put a 1tb hardrive in it. Still have 400GB left
Thanks for the tips in pricing, great video !
I got to the sales on 127 last year, and have been to the flea markets at Monroe and Caesar creek Ohio several times, really enjoy the area. Thanks Cincinnati Picker for taking us along to some sales. Hello from Saskatchewan Canada.
Dammit now I know why I never find good deals where I live.... They're all in Cincinnati!!!😦
Yes the 5-9 is common carry now for a lot of folks , you may be able to do local sale for 30-40$ .
I commend you for your friendly and warm demeanor. As Dale Carnegie said in his famous book and course the best business comes from our making the other guy feel good about himself.
People are saying that ps3 was a good deal but that box alone to that Lego set is valuable and the whole set has some value
Old toys like that can go for a LOT of money. Years ago when I first started selling items online on platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc. I was shopping in this resale shop that we have out here in the Metro Detroit area that is a chain of large (full grocery store size) of resale stores called Value Village (now Value World) I noticed the staff putting some more products on the shelves, and I saw this old Monopoly game for $4 & some change, so I grabbed it. When I got home I was going thru all that I bought and was looking at the Monopoly game and saw that it was the original game from 1935 (Although the box was dated 1933) it was all made of wood. I thought that I might be able to get about a $100 for it, especially if I waited until the holiday season. I did some research and found out that if it was in great condition & (which this one was still unused/unopened) had all of the pieces, (It did) then I seen some for as little as $300 (in poor condition) and the highest I seen one sell for was $1,900, but for the most part they seemed to be going for right around $900 at the high end. To say that I was SHOCKED, would be the biggest understatement of the year. I thought cor sure I might make a $100, but, They seemed to sell best at Xmas time, so I had decided to wait until the holiday season to sell it, but I never even had to do so. I was at a Friend's house for the 4th of July and a guy that I didn't know came up to Me and asked if I was the one who has the Vintage Monopoly game that I'm selling, one of My friends had told Him about it bcuz He collects Antique Toys & a few other things. After we had talked about it for a few He asked if he could see it soon, I lived a few doors down so I went to get it. He looked it all over and asked Me if He could make Me an offer for it. I said yes, and nothing prepared Me for what he said, good thing that I have a good poker face, bcuz when He asked if I would take $2,800 for it. I was 110% sure I was being pranked or something. Bcuz I was just 😲SHOCKED😲. Needless to say that I said yes.

Firefighters are awesome. They work hard and can be in danger from chemicals, outgassing, fire and idiots who shoot at them. Sometimes all at the same fire!
I see you enjoy your work. Good to see.
We truly enjoy your videos and appreciate the haul videos because you share your knowledge about items thus really helping others out. Pete from Craiglist Hunter has always done that.
