I started this year too and I love it! I was doing weekly intentions for a while there but sometimes it wasn’t enough time, a month is a perfect timeline. Not too long, not too short.

Hahahah it’s the confidence for me! I don’t think there’s actually a difference. I just love saying it and it gets me excited. For me, it’s getting my cute little walking fit, putting on my sunblock, putting in my headphones and a good podcast and getting outside

Forgot to mention…is the giveaway open Internationally? Happy birthday Baleaf! I love those biker shorts but I don’t think they’d suit me…they have a tennis skirt that looks lovely and leggings that look super soft! So those as well as sports bras are probably my favorite.
