Hey justin, i like ur videos.. I just wanna say one thing. You always appreciate the tough singing of the Indian musicians, the high notes, the agility and the super tough variations.. Why don't you try to sing them... I know that's a lot difficult. But you can try. I know my country people will like your efforts

Ranbir is not “confessing” his feelings. There was a part where Anushka told him that catching notes does not makes you a good singer, you have to connect the emotion and you will be able to do that only if you are broken/in love for real. And BOOM! On her wedding, we know how it went and she got confused and figured Ranbir was in love, with no one else, but her :)

There is an indian band named The Local Train ,you should definitely explore them.the lead singer always hits some crazy high notes 😊.i am also a big arijitian but if you don't listen to the local train ,you are missing so much🙃.for starting,you can react to "dilnawaz" by the local train☺

I would highly recommend "Ye Ishq hai" from the movie Rangoon. Amazing vocals by Arijit with some folk instruments..
This is such an astute observation. I totally support your emotional transference theory. Being classical musical vocal student myself, my guru is always explaining about the emotional connection of the lyrics and it does make or break a performance, even if you hit all the perfect notes. And not being overwhelmed by that emotion but surfing on the high of it, is something that takes time & effort.
