  • This witchy vlog has been made by request from one of my commenters, but it has been on my radar for a while. Anxiety is a normal part of living in a stressful world but when it gets too much it can be very debilitating and even effect our physical health, so I've put together a bunch of quick, low to no equipment spells to help ease your anxiety and find your calm space. All of these can be done by baby witches, stealth witches, and even people who aren't witches!

    I read a book about breathing and why we can create stress by breathing too many times a minute. We should not be doing a full inhale and exhale more than 6 times a minute, but most people are doing 16 times a minute. The breathing pattern they recommended was in for 2, out for 4, hold for 2. Breathing out should always be longer than breathing in as it is expelling carbon dioxide. And the hold at the end means we aren't taking in too much oxygen which leads to hyperventilation.
