I am very disappointed that they didn’t do anything about Victor nor Stephen they were great Actors & truly missed. I am glad it’s time to celebrate Doug. They were great.
I'm happy they are doing something big and respectful for Doug. I am, on the other hand, so very disappointed that they did nothing respectful in Victors honor.

I too absolutely agree.
I feel DAYS was very respectful to Victor. Stefano, not so much.☹️ But there is a difference between the characters of Victor or Stefano and the character of Doug. Only Doug can truly be said to be beloved by all in Salem. No one could say a bad thing about him or have any ill will towards Doug, while the same cannot be said for Victor or Stefano. The real life decades long relationship of Bill & Susan also touches so many longtime fans. I felt DAYS did right by Victor, but treated Stefano terribly. When Joe Mascolo, the one & only Stefano, passed away, DAYS went to ridiculous lengths to make it seem like he was still alive. Remember those awful body doubles that didn’t fool anyone? And then pretending he was out there somewhere, still wrecking havoc, but never seen or heard,when we all knew Stefano could never come back because Joe was gone? It was a relief when Hope finally murdered him just because it finally put an end to the farce. I know DAYS hated to lose Stefano, everyone’s all-time favorite villain - all the fans did, too. But honoring Joe was not their first thought, obviously - they desperately wanted to keep Stefano “alive” for purposes of the show. As we all know, that did not work. But by the time they finally realized it, Joe had been gone for a long time & I guess it would have been too awkward to give him the acknowledgement he deserved.☹️
It's been so long since Victor passed away I forget what days did. I remember that dool drug out Victor death out. I'm glad Doug got a good send off.
They need to keep niçole and eric and baby on😢
Yeap it was stilling lol wish the same for Nicole to be written back in. It will be a void without her. I just love Leo he has made some mistakes but he is bubbly and needed. Love Zander also hope he and Sara’s wedding goes forward after the blow up of the double duo excited to see if Tate which by the way, I like the other Tate he seem more of Brady’s look making the way match too, anywho Excited to see if he and Holly become a Hope and Bo story. I wish they would recast Nicole Walker because she is part of the story playing with the baby and I don’t wanna see the baby leaving and I don’t wanna see Erica so maybe they can figure something out. And I hope Sarah and her Xander Cook become husband and wife and 🎉will be last their marriage forever.
They need to recast Nicole if her and Eric will be together.

@@shannonpartridge9608 well when Justin came on the show in 1987 he was younger than Bo. Back then because of Victor, Bo and Justin didn’t like each other. Justin was a very young spoiled brat back then, like his son Alex is now.
Quite frankly they totally messed up this soap by fireing the main Nichole for turning in a bad person that violated her

Jen Lilly had let her Theresa character become a likeable character.
Jen Lilley, is doing wonderful things outside of days. She is on a new journey with her faith on a Christian faith channel (kinda like hallmark only focused more on better Storylines. I am trying to think of the name of it. Ugh (brain aneurysm)!

Bill Hayes lived an incredible life ❤ Even tho he lived to be 99 - its so hard to imagine Days and Julie without him 😢 I know I will be ugly crying tomorrow.... regarding this new actress that "might be" Abigail - I think they are testing the waters for a possible love connection with Chad. They should've recast Abigail instead of killing her off - but they wanted to "give Billy Flynn an exciting storyline" -- and it blew up in their faces because it bombed! It bombed because they killed off a core character - a Horton - and that was a huge mistake - then they tried to force a new love connection between Chad and Stephanie but that didn't work at all because it was way too soon for a romance with Chad and anybody! Hopefully Marlena can "fix" Everett because the actress who plays Stephanie does have chemistry with Blake! I am looking forward to seeing Melissa Reeves and Matthew Ashford back in Salem - and I really hope they both will to stay in Salem and go back to running The Spectator once again - because Xander will be too busy running Titan with Maggie! Leo will also be leaving Lady Whistle-blower behind because he's going to be writing the scripts for Salem's Soap for Kate and Abe! Now if only the writers would realize: we want our core families back! We need Lucas, Philip, Chloe, Belle, and Shawn back in Salem! We need Philip and Chloe to be the Kiriakis version of Gabi and Stefan - since Xander and EJ will become the younger versions of their fathers - because it appears that's the direction the writers are headed! They need to stop forcing us to accepting new characters and families and start writing good storylines that involve the Hortons, the Bradys, the Kiriakises, and the DiMeras! What happened to the Days of romance and mystery?! Family feuds and wars between the good people and the bad guys of Salem -- the Days of Stefano vs Victor and the Brady being the cops in the Salem PD to stop whatever evil those two were into?! The Days of Jack and Jennifer figuring out the Mysteries and Crimes - and doing it with their excellent comedic talents?! Then we always had the good doctors to heal whatever wounds the characters sustained fighting crime?! The wonderful romances of the best SuperCouples in Daytime?! THAT is what we need as viewers - again!
Lani is not Abe’s biological daughter, she killer her real dad and Pauline is her biological mom. Right?
I just have a feeling that Nicole is going to take off with that kid and leave Eric behind. Eric will try to catch up with them but will fail. I think Eric will go back to hitting the bottle again and maybe a brief fling with someone before he gets a phone call from Nicole telling him where they are and that she's ready to be in a relationship with him. He'll leave town to be with them. Since the show doesn't really like babies...I believe she'll take the baby with her.
the wedding is on the 19th but it won't be until the 22nd until the Friday cliffhanger is revealed
The whole thing about current writers is that they often think long time viewers just "forgot" history! It was not possible Victor and Angelica had an affair that produced Alex because after Harper Devereax was out of her life, Victor thought he could swoop in but she wanted nothing to do with him! Also on other stories I found it hard to swallow that Abe and Tamara Price were parents to Lani! I remember them trying to go on dates when Marilyn McCoo came on the show in the late 80s and they barely got to hold hands before her ex - Walker Coleman, played by Robert Pine kept showing up in the background and she eventually got back together with him! Sheesh! Haha!
I believe they have Leo & Marlena getting so close, bc they’ll find out that John is his dad, eventually 🤔.

Tate cashed his airline ticket in and bought one with Aaron’s name for him to use. Told him to remember to use his (Aaron’s) Id to get on the plane. He was only going to use Tate ID at the lacrosse camp.

No, Tate cashed in HIS plane ticket for one for Aaron with Aaron’s name on it. He gave Aaron his ID to use at Lacrosse Camp. He asked Aaron to be sure to use his OWN id to match HIS name to get on the plane with TSA. The only way that would happen is if the people in Salem think that, but Aaron used the correct I’d with the airline.
