Remember to pop the board behind you slightly, that way when you flick, the board is coming to your foot as you flick through it. Instead of popping straight down, bend your popping knee towards your other knee, so that your foot is angled *behind* you

All you really got to do is pop and flick your kicking foot upward. But Kick and flick upward at the same time. That’s all you have to do.
Those Shoes are a cheat code for heelflips as well! Best heelflip shoes i've skated.
