WTF? It's not about being blessed. He works hard for his money and spends it all on the cars. He doesn't have a wife/gf/kids/pets so he can freely spend money on the cars. Also a lot of these parts aren't expensive. It's much easier to build a G35 than it is a R8. Work hard, save your money, move out of your moms house and stop playing Forza all day long and you too can build a car just as fast if not faster than him.
