This rotti comes out very well. You call it thalipeeth, I call it masala rave rotti.
I make this frequently but I use chiroti rave. I also add dill (sabsige) leaves, and some curds. Curds will make the rava bloom and it will cook uniformly. And tastes also better.
You can also use grated white ashgourd (boodukumbala) or seemebadanekayi in place of sorekayi. That will also come out very well.
For the chutney please add little jaggery to bring out a balanced taste.
Both recipes are good, healthy, easy to make and you have explained nicely. 👍
