Do note, Ford cannot use the name "Everest" in India and hence will be sticking to the "Endeavour" name plate. The new Endeavour should go on sale by end 2024 or early 2025 in India. The same 2.0 diesel will be retained but will be single turbo or Bi? Will have to wait and watch.

@@PriyaSingh23363 Ford India has a huge export market where in they export cars to most foreign countries. This patent could just be for the international version Foreign countries would be getting and not necessarily for the Indian market. But I can be wrong too.

People will prefer to buy fortuner for 45 - 55 lacs on road,
