Double shield + Cloaking Device + Hearthstone. The shields are to prevent aoe from canceling the hearthstone, and the cloaking device to the buy time / make not not attack you at all.

The intent wasn't to spite them, been wanting to do this combo for quite a while (takes a long time to level) With that said I don't really believe that all their changes are according to the "reference client"

@@DeJayHank The issue isn't the damage he's doing, it's the batching allowing slam and auto attack to go off at the same time without resetting your swing timer. THAT is what I don't want this video making Blizzard break because it's a more fun raid rotation than "spamstring" for 2hand fury.
I haven't tested it with the talent, but since you want to use slam during the last part of your auto hit swing, it would give you more time to use other spells inbetween, and it would be safer since there is less time for you to get your spell pushed back

This delays the attack to after right after slam, instead of slamming right after an attack. It doesnt increase dps at all. You still wait the entire length of the swing timer.
So how exactly should this slam macro be used, and what does it look like for pve? I tried /stopattack into slam into /startattack. However, my results are inconsistent. Sometimes i get the extra auto hit and sometimes i dont. Does this only work if slam is not pushed back? Is the timing of slam important when using the macro? Am i doing something wrong? Use slam so it is casting when you would auto attack otherwise it won't work, for example slam is 1.5 second cast, use slam when you have 1.5 seconds or less left before auto attack.
I noticed that when the target parry, dodge or you miss the slam, the auto attack doesn't go off with the slam macro. Did you experience the same thing?
It's not op, all anybody has to do is keep running away from you. Don't forget you are using cooldowns that last for as long as one hour, far less superior to stun locks or rogues, and you call for changes =P. Thanks for the slam trick, this is how I remembered it working.
They didnt nerf reckoning, you got 1.12 reckoning. Just because you dont like it doesnt mean Blizzard went out of their way to kill you're parlor trick
I kinda hope they fix this, I feel bad for doing so much damage in raids using a bug, it feels like cheating. Also, in my experience, the /startattack part of the macro doesn't actually do anything, it's the damage Slam deals which causes your autoattack to enable after the cast.

Sapper charge isnt doing that much of the dmg (just about 10-15%) the main thing is enabling 3 attacks at once with slam / auto hit combo

Doesn't matter if the macro is fixed, just do a white dmg hit and slam right after the white dmg and it's the same effect.

It only delays the auto attack by the amount you clip the auto attack with the slam cast and yea it is a dps increase.

When your swing timer is 1.5s or less remaining, it should work to add the auto hit at the same time as the slam
